“You must be proud” lol they’re always proud of they babies even when they’re babies are committing crimes and messing around with the justice system. That mother is ridiculous, trying to pin everything and made it seem like it was the plaintiff plan. I guarantee she was the one who suggested her daughter to have the plaintiff to do that. If she was really concerned and knows the truth she would’ve contact the plaintiff’s bank herself and reported what happen but nope, instead she left the plaintiff handling it and pinning it all on her. Sad. People raise their kids like this but yet be acting so surprise when they go breaking the law and committing crimes.

The defendant's testimony directly contradicts Curt's intro reading of her defense regarding who found the check.

JM usually says the court system doesn't help out in committing a crime, if I sold a pound of kilo to the defendant and they never paid me, the court system won't help me collect the money owed to me. How is this case different, they both scammed with fraudulent checks, they both guilty, and the case should be dismissed?

Defendant’s mother is exactly who is teaching defendant how to steal and defraud. They both belong in prison. Mother should be also charged with corruption of a minor. Defendant is already a full fledged criminal. I hope that plaintiff has learned a lesson and never ever do this for anyone ever again. It’s scary how easily the defendant lies. She’s sociopathic.
