A real character build. You have really given this little guy personality. Kind of like an 'Africa corps R2D2'. 😁
Some African panzer left the dark gray uncovered in large blotches for a 2 tone camouflage.
Thanks for sharing as always fantastic work.
Nice to see you used one of my 3D creation.(coffee box)
Thanks for making It ! It's little additions like this that really help a build come to life.
OUTSTANDING! A big BRAVO to you sir! I dream of making models like yours. A lot for me to learn and experiment with on my own. What DOESN'T VMS make?! 🤯
I know. Paper shaper!
@@joinery1888 The list of VMS products seems endless!
Frying pan and kettle are nice touches!
Wow,amazing!! Fabulous job and learnt tons. Thanks
Wonderful. The gear really makes the build.
Hello mr. Lpj!great job.a nice little gem you have created.i also love how you handled that desertation.the little one looks highly realistic and worren.with sticky greetings from sandy Brandenburg/germany.your modellmate.christian
Outstanding James! You are the Panzer I Ninja :) greatly enjoyed this.
Brilliant!
Some great tips and techniques - and it looks amazing!
Thanks @model minutes much appreciated mate
Love the pan. Has the same degree of weathering like my own ones 😁
Mate you really smashed this one! The result after all the painting and weathering makes it cry out for a vignette! I learnt a lot from this one, thank you so much for sharing this with us.
Thanks Andy ! There may just be a part 2 next week 😀
@@lpjmodels yuuuuussssss!
*Very realistic little tank, the diluted oil paints are very effective for the sand, thanks for sharing this trick!*
Beatiful work on camo, weathering and finishing James...cannot wait for the vignette 👍
Thanks ! 🍻
I am so exited for this to start
I had to adjust the time slightly and accidentally set it 12 hours earlier 🙃
@@lpjmodels was worth waiting for either way. Outstanding
Epic job there dude!!! That chipping looks mint!
Excellent work, BRAVO !!!
Hi James, your panzer looks awesome, mate.
I do hope you build a vignette for the tank.
Cheers, Gary 🇬🇧.
Love your wooden elements effect !
A military tank that's cool awesome like all tanks in the military.
Great painting, Pz I really comes to life with the tropical camo and all that stowage! Well done, have a great weekend!
Great work James. As always!!
Very nice job, I am a big fan of vms products and you use them to great effect ! Really nice thank you
the outcome is very beautiful....
Nice model and thank you for sharing! See you soon!
That's a beautiful job mate, a proper credit to you, I might have to try out some of those pigments/pigment jockeys/other VMS stuff, looks really good!
Amazing job, James.....the camo scheme, weathering and extras all coalesce to make this kit a stand-out. Your work and videos are a pleasure to watch....it is definitely a channel where learning occurs through the visual content and the commentary. A vignette sounds perfect.
It looks amazing. A little gem of a model. Sometimes, I've found that my smallest subjects are my best work.
Weathering turned out nice James. I have one question though, shouldn't the stowage have some ropes or straps to hold it in place? Same with the spare tracks unless there's a mounting bracket somewhere I can't see in the final images. All the stowage and spare tracks would fall off as soon as the tank hit some rough terrain knowing how hard and stiff a tanks suspension is.
Really nice job. I'll definitely use this as inspiration when I start my desert build
This quickly jumped to be one of my favorite videos of '22. Outstanding work and well done explaining it all with great camera shots. Always appreciate the paint call outs, it's just one of those little things 👍.
Hope you get a chance to enter this build in a show soon, may not be perfect, it does deserve to be looked at by as many people as it can.
Nice, looks like it just rolled out of the desert.
Thanks for the video of the detailed weathering. There are several techniques I will look at adding to my skill set. However, if I might say, there is one thing that jumped out to me right away that was a problem IMHO. When you look at the decals on the turret, they are to new and pristine without any weather on them. All the markings, of any type, would have been subject to all the abuse of the environment, and they are certainly not be touching them up in the field. I think its important to add the abuse of weathering to all the markings on the vehicles. Still I want to say thanks for the detailed video. Regards.
Just brilliant.
Wow great work. It’s looks awesome mate
I am in awe
Well built, painted, & weathered. The tips, the suggestions & how you explained each phase was impressive. I really loved the stowage you created.
Beautifully done, James 👍
Masterful. 👍🏻
I simply love your work and take inspiration from you. Please keep making the videos. Cheers James.
This turned out really nice well-done.
James, Nice, very nice, I'm bit of a fan of the Pz1 & 2, and you really should do a base for it, it would be criminal not to.
I’ve never heard of Ropes in Scale. How interesting and tempting! So many great tips along with a brilliant finished model.
Good work.
Thanks mate !
Nicely done, but the storage on the back would in time come off needing some type of guard or some how lasted down.
Hi James
Bit late on the reply…
Great looking little job mate.
You had better luck with those Star Decals then I have. I bought a set for a Challenger I and they were horribly thick.
A really nice result! I would like to see a vignette! :)
i think you did good
Nice Job , but matt varnish on all over the tank its not a good option specifically in desert vehicles because u didn't get obvious differences between tank paint and the dust or dirt which is matt. Consider that in another project :)
Great work wished I've got a 3
De printer but then again I'm working class and can't afford it
I'm hardly rolling in it lol.
A mars 2 pro will set you back about 180 and the resin is 30 a go, I found I bought more resin at the start because you wanna play with it a bit more but now I use a bottle every few months maybe
Awesome! What did you use to simulate the rope?
Rope from ropes of scale ropesofscale.com/
WHAT DID YOU TO TO THAT BEAUTIFUL 109!!!
Do you not have a test hulk to try out techniques and colour combinations ? It's a lot safer than messing up on the build
@@lpjmodels of course, but not a beautiful 109. I use a chieftain i bought from ebay that was broken. His name is Henry :)
🤝👍👏
Hey James superb work as always - would you be open to selling the 3D printed items you make to modellers? I don’t have a printer so usually buy sets printed by others :) cheers
That's a teeny tank.
Where do find files?(3 d parts)
In the video description. Click see more. There is a collection on Cults 3d of the items I used.
