Get your self a digital micrometer .install spring and measure height from spring pocket.subtract that number from correct spring height.the answer is how deep to make spring pocket.Measure from valve cover surface to valve seat. Write that number down. Remove some material and remeasure. Subtract the 2 ,& that answer is how much you removed. Remove desired amount till you get to the correct spring height.

Set the springs off the installed height for the spring
The bottom of the spring to the top will measure like .815 and if you cut more you’ll increase that number
Use shims to decrease

Get you a digital caliper measurement tool from harbor freight it should help to measure the deep on your other engine head.

The aluminum flywheel comes stock 28 degrees, so 4 would be enough.

I have a Coleman cc100x 212 swapped. Bike was $440 total on Walmart website took less then 2 weeks to deliver. Or you can get a mega moto frame that comes with suspensions and frame is built different which is just so nice. That’s $357 (not tot) without an engine. Or you can get a engine that’s $560, which is $160 more then just buying a Coleman cc100x/ct100u and 212 swapping it, plus you can do what I did and sell the stock 100cc frame for around $50-$70 like I did which is better. Just depends on how much you’re trying to spend and what frame you like.

Ok so someone help plz my clutch is having problem pulling my bike my takeoff is extremely slow I have 10 clutch and 50 rear sprocket. Now I do have a bigger frame as well as being 200lbs myself but the bike pulled me with torque converter now it won’t with clutch
If I were you I would go up to a 60 tooth rear sprocket
