I just wanted to ask you if Macquarie provides industrial training in finance related profiles?
Hi, unfortunately Macquarie does not provide industrial training. However, I would recommend you to apply with Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse etc. They are also investment banks and provide industrial training as well.

Is it important to also have a degree along with ca/ cma certification to get into these companies for financial roles.
It is not mandatory but preferable to have a bachelors degree

To get a job 1st our resume’s ATS score should be good enough but,can this be possible if we use LOA then universe doesn’t care what is our ATS score?
You should use LOA but don’t take anything lightly from your end. You need to do your best in preparing resume, give your best shot at interviews, and then manifest. Even if something doesn’t go as planned, the universe will favour you 🫶🏻

How do you approach colleagues for a handover of work, I've recently joined a big 4, finding it very difficult to do work as there is no one to train/guide
Approach your seniors. Nothing else!!
This is where most of us shy away and I also learnt it in my previous job that you must approach seniors. Be it any stupid doubt, confirm it. If they explain something, repeat it in front of them and obtain confirmation.
Talk to anyone who feels approachable, chahe director hi kyu na ho.
Otherwise, later these people would blame you that you’ve laidback attitude

Also, have you ever argued w your manager and seniors. Actually I've made a mistake of arguing w them (I used to go late for office and also denied working on weekends/after 8 pm sometimes). They've escalated it to the director. School ke bacho ke tarah bolte the cos I was late sometimes for work. Relations kaise thik karu? I'm super introverted, find it difficult to talk to people
Number one, never take anything personal. Wo daant’te hain tab bhi don’t take it personally, take it as a professional feedback and work on it.
Number two, being punctual is a good quality so don’t argue on something that makes you a better person. Aur rahi baat late/ weekend par kaam karne ki, then you’re right here. Don’t hamper your work life balance unless you get paid to do so. Even if you get paid, you can always choose not to work overtime.
I have also argued on this very issue about working late and my seniors got normal the very next day because kaam junior se hi karwana hai. So don’t worry about mending your relations, just focus on your work. Nobody at work cares about personal relationships. Promotion ke time bhi kaam dekha jata hai.
Mera bhi argument hua hai director ke sath. At the end of the day, you are his support, he wont let you go so easily! Relax
