My biggest issue is, I myself don’t look at descriptions that deeply. I look for style and quality appearance in the photos, not at the words trying to sell the photo to me.
While that might be true for you, you have to think of your customer who is likely interested in the details of your products and looking at them as a completely unknown item since they didn't have a hand in all the details. This helps bring them in to what you know.

I stopped doing my own website after a number of laws changed while I was trying to set it up years ago. From coppa laws to tax nexus changes, it's been a nightmare and I just stopped trying and went back to selling on Fine Art America and a few other market websites. Was just curious if you guide people through that mess. Or help with individual situations. Like in my state they don't charge tax at all for digital goods. But other states do. Who's rules do we follow? Nobody seems to know.

Yes, I would say so, especially if products are similar. You don't need to reinvent the wheel each time you write one, and the more you do them, the more you will be familiar with your "voice". You may find that you use a common format with each, like, story, purpose, technical details, wrap up.
You could if you want to! Something like, "Buy this as the perfect gift for the new mom next door!" Giving a suggestion like that is helpful and also encourages action.

Thanks Mei! May I ask - if I have a Shopify store and want to sell in Etsy as well. Can I use the same product descriptions or it will ruin my ranking in Google SEO for Shopify. Maybe Google will not like that it seems “copy paste” version..
No, it's fine to do that. It's your product and it is what it is no matter where you post it, so you really don't want to have different copy for different platforms.
In that case, the man buying the bracelet should be able to read your description and from what you detail, he'll be able to determine if it's the perfect gift for his wife. Your descriptions are there for who the item is ideal for, whether they are buying it themselves or being gifted it.
