I've done this twice and it's so dark! Very gray and dark. It is no way it looks like when it's showing on this video. Very disappointed. I'm going back to Wella t18

this is the professional version of T-18 - it’s literallt the same thing but not sold to the public ! if you want to kick out as much as possible if u haven’t yet , T-18 with two caps of Wella T 050 is amazing !

Guessing from this comment I’m late to your last comment on scoops 😅 if it’s orange this toner will not work , you’ll need a second round of bleach to get to a paleee yellow for this to work
