Mari HP cancel process 11.05.2023 na roj complete thay gayi chhe. RC haju sudhi mali nathi. Mei jyare online check karyu to ,RC printing pending at user side, RTO ma tapas kari to Tamara data updates nathi ,showroom ma jay data update karava kahyu to Amna taraf thi avu kahvama avyu ke amara taraf thi badhu ok chhe tame RTO ma tapas karo.koi javabdari leva tayar nathi to mare su karvu?please help?

Not required to submit at RTO
Yes we have two RC book after hp termination.
You can keep both or destroy old RC book...

I applied for RC Duplicate then and didn't know I had to do HPT termination. Now they are asking for HPT termination, but the thing is, I am not able to do it because it shows your application is pending at RTO What should I do now?
You have to visit RTO and ask what to do first process then proceed

I bought Activa on loan from L&T Finance. But My RC book does not contain anything written over it related to Hypothecation. Means my rc is not hypothecated even when i bought the vehicle on loan. So, do i still need to follow this? Bcz as i am trying to follow your steps and trying to tick on Terminate Hypothecation i am not able to tick it and do further steps.

Looks like HP removal process in Ahmedabad RTO, we still have to visit RTO, though we apply online.
What I experience with this,
After adding and uploading document it ask me to book appointment with RTO.
Not sure why this happens.
From this video it looks like RTO has made HP(hypothecation) removal process online. but it seems that in some RTO still offline we require to go.
Have you completed this process as video??
Because if you have did adhar aunthetication online then you dont require to visit RTO
