I cannot begin to explain how happy I am that they're starting to upload the entire Weekend Update instead of breaking it up into four segments that don't flow from one to the other.
For years been wanting them to do this, no idea why they break it up in the 1st place anyway

@@TriniLush7 she was running a show in Chicago called Helltrap Nightmare for a long time. I never got to see it, but I saw her drop in at an open mic in my town. She's been killing it for a while now. SNL obv. has its faults, but they have been hiring some really cool, clever people that are going to produce fantastic things.

Aristotle's ability to effectively hold a long pause is 😍😍😍 And he recovered quickly from breaks, going for the more difficult, and funnier, deadpan performance. Surprising for a performer with relatively less experience to have the chill pacing, confidence, & impeccable timing required for that bit - can't wait to see more from him & all the new cast.

Wasnt feeling Sherman’s bit at the start with all the yelling and staring at the cue cards but the jokes actually landed so well I ended up forgetting about it.

Look beyond the over-the-top personality, and there was some great spot-on satire about tabloid news, or perhaps news in general.
Me too. For the first few seconds I thought, "Oh great, she's gonna be needlessly loud." But then she really pulled it off. Her personality came through and I liked it.
Her satire of criticisms of men's behaviors toward women was funny, too.
She kept slapping the table though

I assume they used to upload them one right after the other but because some would finish uploading and processing before others, they only appeared in slightly the right order.

I've been a fan for over a decade and I feel that this is the one of the best start to finish Weekend Updates that I've experienced in a while.
I think the entire cast is beginning to hit a legendary stride.

Nice to see the featured players get great airtime early on. Aristotle is killing it with the high concept characters. I had high hopes for Lauren Holt last season and wish she had early screen time as well.
