- Hello Loves!! This video is all about my LOUIS VUITTON Damier Ebene pieces! I noticed in the past that wiping them down just doesnt get all the marks and the dirt out. In this video, I will show you my process of cleaning my damier ebene bags fro wiping it down it water wipes, conditioning, spot treating, and buffing it out after. Hey love! So I have a concern on my speedy b25 Damier Ebene. I’ve had it for less than a month and I’ve noticed their was a line marking on the leather tabs underneath the handles where the gold studs are. I went into my lv store and the CA told me this was completely normal because when the handles drop it hits the leather. Is this true? Do you have the same lines on yours? I’ll send you a pic. Please help 🥲

Hi, thanks for sharing these tips on how to clean damier ebene bags. I'm curious since you mentioned below that apple cleaner and conditioner darkens the vachetta, will it affect damier ebene bags? I have a Nolita and I'm contemplating on using the apple conditioner.
It will not affect the ebene bags since they are treated 😊

Thank you! I learned that the apple guard conditioner is not the best as it does darken the vachetta just a bit but BICK 4 has been a great one for everything. have a blessed day!

I learned the hard with with a really old speedy that I have since sold. This leather conditioner is the only one gentle enough even on untreated leather to condition but also not change the color 😊

Oh yes, you can definitely use the bick 4 on chanel leather. I use it on my chanel mini rec and mini reissue.

Hi ! I have the Croisette one I just used it on our boat ride (so stupid) .. water didn’t splash on the bag but I guess the salt air did my bag a little sticky to touch 😭 I can’t find water wipes in our area can I use huggies natural care wipes( aloe vera) to clean ? I also don’t have conditioner 😢
See if you can find the huggies sensitive wipes (this is 99% water). The conditioner I personally found at amazon. I would also wipe it dry right after you clean it with baby wipes so excess water doesn’t deep in. Hope that helps 😊

@@lafab2760 mine feels very soft and smooth after conditioning. I usually buff it out after i condition so there are no streaks on the leather.
Hi there! LV mentioned to not use leather lotion on coated canvas "Home remedies such as mink oil, perfume, leather lotions, cleaners or chemicals, should not be used on any canvas products. The use of such remedies may cause the canvas wear adversely and prematurely.", wondering what your thoughts are about it? Thanks! p/s: loved your video
I have heard this as well from my sales associate. Home care of your bags truly depends on you. I do them because of the weather and the wear and tear I put my bags thru. If you are in a stable climate and you don’t see the need then I wouldn’t do it as well 😊
