Feint x Everyone in the show has done their share of terrible things. Despite every terrible thing Stephan did, Caroline still wanted to marry him. Same with Damon, despite everything he has done, Elena wanted him. When you love someone, the horrible things aren’t overlooked but you see the good in people, like Caroline did. She saw the good in him despite everything he did. He almost got her killed thrice but he never stopped loving her and she never stopped caring about him. Love can’t be explained, it’s there, it’s never truly gone. And with the chemistry those two characters had, it’s fair to say that she didn’t dwell on what he did, she focused on what he strove to do better. To be better, especially for his daughter even if that means that he won’t be around anymore.

Perseph There was no reason for him to use cami tho. him using her family that is very dead doesn’t make sense. Plus she was important to Marcel, who he needed on his side to take over New Orleans, so why would he kill her? I mean in the season 1 he used Cami as leverage to her uncle because he wanted something I forgot what, other than that without her connection to marcel or her ‘psychological expertise’ she’d mean nothing to klaus and be very dead meat.
When he was back in mystic falls everyone and their mothers were trying to save elena from Klaus, stopping his plan of becoming what he was meant to be a plan been in the works for over 500 years. The gang tried to kill him and his family. Of course Klaus is not going to be all rays and sunshine but he showed a different side with Caroline regardless if she was in on plotting against him. When she was used as a “distraction” he knew but he didn’t care because he wanted to spend time with her. Klaroline was actually interesting to watch because we saw discovered new facets of klaus whereas camille explained things we knew about him since tvd.
The reason klaroline is superior is that Caroline always put klaus on his place while cami always have excuses for his actions

The thing u r forgetting is tht TO is a show about family and not love. Their main theme was “always and forever”. Either if klaus lets Elijah die or Elijah let’s klaus die then tht means they’ve broken their vow of always and forever. For me they got the perfect ending because klaus and Elijah had many people in their life including Caroline and Hayley but they loved each other more than anyone. Them dying together was the perfect conclusion of ALWAYS AND FOREVER.
!? klaus wanted to get his redemption and that was the only way he could.
The chemistry and the acting between these two is literally remarkable. I am so annoyed we never got to see them together, properly, how they should have always been. I’m just glad they got to say a goodbye, I suppose?

Ayman Zaman in legacies 1x10 was a scene in which lizzie (cares daughter) was granted a wish by a genie and her wish was for hope to never exist. in that alternate universe caroline and klaus were married and started a war (dark!klaroline basically). there wasn‘t a real scene with them tho, only a clip with a newspaper article saying what i just told you.
klaroline fans accuse julie plec of baiting klaroline fans to watch legacies by throwing in scenes referring to them. in the upcoming episode (this thursday i believe) the miss mystic falls pageant (or whatever it‘s called) will be featured& a picture of hope wearing the blue dress klaus gave caroline for the mikaelson ball was uploaded by the legacies official accounts; another bait to make us kc shippers watch the show

At that moment, I truly believed that Caroline already knew that she truly loved Klaus. But she didn’t want to be selfish, as she respected and accepted Klaus’ decision to sacrifice himself and die. If she told him that she loved him, it would make it harder for Klaus to die. If Caroline told him that she loved him, certainly he would want to live longer and he would have gone all the way to find some cure to the Hollow so that he could live with her. At this moment, Klaus was practically dying too, so the idea of Caroline finally admitting her love for him would ‘torture’ Klaus with regrets…regrets of them not being able to live their love together. So, to not be selfish, Caroline believed that perhaps, it was best not to tell him about her love for him.

i think, she told him with a few hints, first the saved voice message, then when she wrote him a letter, that every lost is bigger ,so loosing him will hurt her, then alaric told him " she couldn't watch you die", " you weren't the villain in my story", and she told Elijah he is gonna kill himself, may be if he is able to stop him and take his place instead... and the last " i will never forget you" , he knew she told him " i love you" . Still can not forgive Julie Plec... she gave us really bittersweet closer!

The fact that even Klaus knowing of Caroline’s reciprocated love for him wasn’t enough to deter him from his death just shows how much Hope means to him. It’s beautiful yet bittersweet at the same time, and just shows the character growth he’s gone through since TVD.

She was the most unlikely character to end up being the best vampire. The fact that she is strong enough to endure heartache, death and loss unlike anyone else is what makes her the most amazing vampire.

I'm actually glad the kiss wasn't something big and epic, because it didn't need to be. Something less is more. It felt more sincere. It was a small and perfect intimate moment between two characters as the final goodbye between lovers should be. The conversation that they had only showed how deep their connection was.
Caroline’s past relationships (Tyler and Stefan) left her for revenge, klaus came back and stayed for love. The only reason Caroline ever went against him was because all her friends only tolerated him whereas she genuinely saw the good in him but was in too much pressure from her friends to hate him. At the end I think she truly love him because like I said, Stefan and Tyler left her heartbroken for revenge and klaus left everything for her

2020 and even though I LOVED Stefan and Caroline, Klaus and Caroline shared a chemistry that was stronger than even Damon and Elena. If there is ONE couple that SHOULD have ended up together, it's Klaroline.

this is the first time i've watched this scene since this episode came out, and it still makes me cry. I don't think i will ever get over the injustice that this couple has faced.

I think klaus definitely loved caroline very much and never forgot her.
And caroline, on the other hand, is was so obvious that she cared about him deeply and had strong feelings for him.
But I personally think that she never allowed herself to fall in love with klaus.
After all he was the man who had ruined the lives of her friends and people she loved.
Some people say that caroline was mean to klaus and she only used him but they probably forget what a horrible person he was when he first came into the show. And there is the list of the things he did:
1.he killed Jenna
2.he almost killed Elena
3.he used stefan and he forced him to turn his humanity off.
4.he turned Tyler Lockwood ( caroline's boyfriend) into a sired hybrid.
5.he used Elena ( caroline's best friend) as a human blood bag to make hybrids.
6.he tried to kill Jeremy Gilbert. which led to Alaric's death and caused many problems.
7.he told Tyler to bite caroline
8.he was the main reason for Stefan and Elena's break up.
9.he killed Tyler's mother and he also wanted to kill him.
With all of this how can we expect caroline to be kind to him?
I remember that klaus actually showed a sign of humanity was when he went to save caroline and became interested in her. And that was when their story started.caroline was the first person out of his family who told him how cruel he was. And as the show continued his feelings became stronger and he eventually fell in love with her.
he did things that no one excepted from someone like him for caroline.
He was after katherine for 500 years and he abandoned his revenge for caroline.
He even let Tyler go free despite the fact that he hated him.
And he did many other things just for her.
Some people compare caroline with camille. I won't deny the fact that klaus loved camille. He did. Camille impacted him in many ways. But it doesn't change the fact that how much he loved caroline. He was even willing to wait for her even though she always rejected him.
Some people say that camille cared about klaus while caroline didn't.
which is wrong. klaus never hurt any of camille's friends or family. I mean she definitely saw him hurting other people but they weren't her loved ones. while klaus hurt some of the most precious people in caroline's life. And it would not be morally right to be with him after all he did.
I also hear some people say that caroline didn't change klaus because he was only different when he was around her. Well that takes us back to the definition of love. When you love someone you are different with them.
For example when damon was with elena he was different only with her, because he loved her. And the same thing is true about klaus and caroline.
He was different around her because of the feelings he had for her. And some others say that he only did good things to please her. Well again that is exactly what love is. When you love someone you want to do things to make them happy. Like I mentioned before, klaus let Tyler go free because of caroline's happiness. Even though everyone knew how badly he wanted to kill him. It is true that camille had a great affect on klaus's development because she wanted to change him and she did. But he didn't change for her sake. He changed completely because he wanted to be a worthy father ( He said it himself). And he didn't want his daughter to be ashamed of him. And caroline and camille both helped him with the process. caroline was the first person to bring the good out of him. He could not be selfish with her and he put her happiness above his own. That is the definition of real love. And camille on the other hand she helped him a lot as well and that is why klaus love her, because she helped him.
And about the fact that klaus and caroline did not end up together, well, maybe this is one of the main reasons why their romance is so epic. You don't necessarily need to be with someone in order to love them.
This. ALL of this. It's kinda like Elena's and Damon's story, but ramped up to 100.
Because I agree with everything you said, and especially with why Caroline refused to let herself fall for Klaus after everything he did. Because at that time, he was a *monster.* And yet, despite that, Caroline was still drawn to him. He always managed to tug a smile out of her. And I think Klaus was so drawn to her too, because she reminded him that he did have humanity left in him. It always came out whenever she was around. Hell, the scene where Elena stole Caroline's prom dress, Klaus was in a BLACK, MURDEROUS mood, yet she came flouncing in, ranting and whining about it, and made him SMILE. No one could do that to or for Klaus. No one could cheer him up like that just by BEING THEMSELVES.
And, to top it off, after Cami... I think Caroline could have let herself love Klaus. Because, Cami had changed Klaus enough that Caroline could have forgiven everything he had done to her and her loves ones. I think, if they had been given time and a chance to be together, Klaus could have changed even *more,* and become someone that Caroline could have loved with every fiber of her being, could have helped him raise Hope, and he could have been a father figure to her twins. And, I know Klaus would have liked mature Caroline immensely, and would have given the world to her, to be worthy of the woman before him.
It really is BS that they killed Klaus off.

I still cry everytime I watch the last scene, they deserved so much better than this, they deserved their own story.

When Caroline says I'll not forget you, the expression on Klaus's face explains that he could clearly realise that she not only referred to Hope but also meant that Caroline herself would never forget him! 🥺🥺❤️❤️#klaroline
The fact that Julie plec didn’t make them a thing in Tvd was because she thought that they would be more iconic than Damon and Elena just gets me so mad at her but I can’t stay mad cause she made 3 iconic, amazing, fantastic shows

I couldn’t accept the fact that they weren’t gonna be together so I looked it up and ended up spoiling all of vampire diaries and the originals and I hate myself for it because it was such a good show and has helped me so much and I don’t know I guess their love reminds me of something I once had hopefully I will come back to vampire diaries and the originals even though I didn’t get the endings I wanted their still good shows but for now I will leave them be thanks for coming to my ted talk and reading the whole thing! you are loved ❤️
