@@Simon-lg9kp looks to my eyes like theyve downscaled the footage to a low res then ai upscaled it back to 4k (notice the weird smearing and artifacts), slowed it down and used an after effects plugin to interpolate it back to 30fps and added noise and tons of saturation. might be wrong on the order and details but i think thats basically it. very cool visuals
