How often/how much would you recommend feeding the milk replacer after 7 days? Would you maintain the 4-6oz every 4 hours and dial back until weaning? Or larger less frequent feedings that gradually dial back?
After a week, about 12-14 oz 3x/day. Then 16-20 2x after 3rd week until 6 weeks. 7-8 weeks do 20 oz twice until weaning which I typically do at week 8 weeks depending upon how well they’re doing. I also integrate them with other sheep for a little bit during the day after about a week. Bottle lambs are always a little bit of an outcast
