Wrong attitude when a person says that you take the risks of radical new agency regulations that retroactively infringe on preexisting rights.
Gun owners, farmers, ranchers have dealt with agency abuses for years.
The best organization to contact is New Civil Liberties Alliance. The Pacific Legal Foundation, Mountain States Legal Foundation and Southeast Legal Foundation are also good orgs to contact when agencies go crazy radical.

They are worrying so much about small land vehicles, when ships burn super high sulfur bunker oil, aircraft burn incredible amounts of diesel fuel. They will even dump raw fuel to lighten the aircraft before landing. I don't think trains are forced to use exhaust fluid. Pickups produce minimal amounts in comparison.

The primary issues are NoX sensors/DEF Heaters should NOT be shrugged off! Currently just in repair costs alone (not including downtime & rental costs to replace a down truck), my company is spending over a MILLION dollars per year to repair exhaust & emission system failures. And that is on trucks that are only 2-7 years old with only 200k-300k miles since we refreshed our fleet. Longevity is key, especially when every time one of these trucks go down for emission system failures it costs thousands to repair, and around a month of downtime depending on parts availability.
These systems are improving, however it's a guaranteed failure point that costs a LOT of money to fix. For now, I have a hard time endorsing new emission trucks.
My old diesel is a work horse that is still ticking and shows no sign of stopping.

I can’t stand how bad things have gotten. I’d rather just move to another country where the epa doesn’t exist and do whatever the fuck I want

And the idea would work if there weren't a group of egomaniacal globalists boiling mad at the fact that there was even one pleb left that wasn't subservient or under their control

Tuning doesn't matter if the emissions related parts are failure prone garbage, which they still are.

I think I like my 7.3 power stroke more than I like anything I own!

Four hundred horsepower is achievable with just a tune. Probably should consider building the transmission first.

I took my 2005 dodge 2500 to Firepunk Diesel in Ohio. Had a built 48re installed and they then tuned it on the dyno to a little over 400hp. Completely stock truck except for the pac brake exhaust brake installed. Daily driver and rv tow machine. I’m super happy!!
