I am sorry but I think she is the only one who deserves the title Queen of KPop. I've been following her for 11 years and she is definitely a rare artist. Camo has a hard choreography and positioning is changing several times. I cant imagine she did that. Singing and dancing to the entire song, it's not easy to do that alone. Some other groups might share the lines with few but BoA has been always performing by herself. Plus, she is always so stable. I cant find any other performer as good as her in KPop industry. She is truly Best of Asia

Er, she has been doing that since the 2000s. Her Arena tours in Japan spans 5-6 cities for a period of 3-4 months or more (roughly). On top of that, she has to perform at least 2-3 days (depending if there is a need to add on an additional show if tickets sell out) within a week. And you need to have that infinite amount of energy to hype the crowd up & to engage with them. That alone is exhausting by itself. Notwithstanding the fact the countless hours upon hours of rehearsals (dance + vocal + tech runs). All these requires a tremendous amount of stamina. What's more she still has to work with the production crew to finalize details before she starts performing. And she has been doing this for nearly 2 decades. Performing at an award show as such is easy for her.

Eugh I love hurricane venus! She was probably the very first kpop artist i'd ever heard, definitely a legend. I knew her from her song every heart which came out in 2002 but didn't really get into kpop until about 2007/2008 (Big bang/2ne1/SNSD generation).

Queen BoA...the way KPOP ought to be. Now This is real talent, this is real Kpop right here...NOT all those repetitive cutesy, school girl crap that companies put out nowadays. One thing I will say about SM female artists...when they decide to go with a "sexy" concept, they still keep it classy. SNSD did the same (sexy but classy). But BoA dang...I swear fans these days are too young (ignorant) to appreciate all that BoA did for Kpop...she should have have the loudest cheers. I can see why so many Koreans say that a Kpop is not what it used to be. Back then it was true talent, nowadays it's everyone debuts as long as you're good looking even though you can't really sing or dance.
Totally agree that SM female artists are on a different level. Watch BoA, SNSD, f(x), RV, or SES perform live... They have a special confidence that you get from being fully trained to be a great performer and knowing you're ready. They aren't afraid and they aren't arrogant, they are just meant to be on stage. BoA and SNSD especially can sing powerfully while doing intense choreography like very few people in the world can. There is a REASON they do well and SM stays at the top.
