In 3rd as well Lebron gets an and-1 while running into Jokic (1:43:28).

Nuggets don't get the whistle or superstar calls so they don't look for the refs to bail them out. Lakers were all looking for calls down the stretch. Its a crutch for them.

The foul calls in the 4th if you want to check it out. Several times Lakers getting calls with no contact, them bumping into a defender who is just standing (AD (2:08:00), Reaves (2:16:45), then Jokic gets no call while AD is holding him (2:17:50), all clearly visible on replays on NBA app stream. In 3rd as well Lebron gets an and-1 while running into Jokic (1:43:28).
There's more, but these were the ones I could find skipping through quickly.

They had a chance. Reaves and DLo had no impact, even though scoring double digits. They weren't aggressive enough, and the boneheaded turnovers turned the tide and momentum. I thought Darvin should have kept Gabe Vincent in and use up all the fouls, at least to slow Jamal.

I like the strategy on Jokic trapped him early showed him multiple defenders and saved AD to guard him in the 4th. I think he should keep that strat and play a little more Hayes and let him take them blows from Jok and use his 6 fouls in game 2

He turned the ball over like westbrick after the half. Ad was playing like he was limping. DLo was throwing up prayers. Rui and AR never really got any open looks. Lakers were sprinters while nuggets played a marathon game.
