Both of them stoped working at the same time? Make sure it's the actual buttons that cause the issue. You can replace one of them with the front passenger working button. This is to eliminate wire or door computer problems. Also, make sure the lowering of the rear windows is not disabled from the driver side button.

Hi bud ... my windows won't go up or down with the remote and my drivers side when clicked it won't go all the way up you need to hold it up (the switch)
