For the price point its more practical to just buy a small car if your aiming for stability & comfort,,

Depends. In London I don't think it's better to have a car, considering that we pay £12 PER DAY going to central London, we pay to park on the street close to our property, we pay also the CO2 emissions charge, so no, I don't think it's better a car. A motorcycle like that doesn't need to pay all of this.
