In the end the mindset of the staff is still Indian.... They will not do any work.. then complaint... For which there will be no ears to listen too..... These kind of concepts unfortunately does not work for overall Indian mentality...... I hope this project proves otherwise.... Well best of luck to the project, the people making it, the people working it.., the people buying, living in it .....
