These videos with Grace are some of my favorites. Anna’s super happy personality and Grace’s facial expressions when she notices Anna’s exercises are pure gold. I’m laughing so much when Grace is cheating when Anna isn’t looking. I can see Grace joining you on many more flexibility challenges. Grace has the potential to be flexible, she just needs discipline and consistent practice.
I dont think anyone's going to see this, much less Anna, but... when I started stretching I couldn't even touch my toes and now, I can go all the way down like Anna in a pike stretch, and I can do the splits, scorpion, chest stand, elbow stand, handstand, almost a teardrop and more!
I've been practicing for 3 months and am about the same as Grace at the end of this video but I am 44 and very inflexible! It is my goal to get my splits this year
