Wondering if this is really an “Ilfocolor sibling”?

The moniker “ilfocolor” is currently licensed to a different company so Harman can’t use it to name their colour film. The current Ilfocolor 400 film going around is speculated to be repackaged by ORWO NC400 and isn’t made by Harman
It’s kind of a mess 😅
