Our daughter is the “girl in Dallas” who made the bracelet. She says “thank you so, so, so much for wearing the bracelet and it was such a fun experience meeting you at the US Open”!

Can we just take a moment and appreciate that reece is always there for lucy and even sacrificing his own training for her!!! I think that this shows true love. Obviously lucy is doing great and I admire her as well, but I personally find it harder pulling back with my own training for someone else's than just going all in myself. Reece is unbelievably smart and talented: hats off to this great team! (Also holly is such a badass! Her videos are amazing)
i presume its because Lucy is the one who would create financial income between them.

Epic video! I was so focused on getting my KOM climb on Zwift I had to watch this twice😂 sick bike and kit. Looking strong Lucy. You can just tell you’re happy to be there. And I’m sure you being sidelined from your injury gives you a better appreciation of being on the island. Looking forward to more videos for my Zwift sessions of course. Hopefully they get some road sweepers out on the Queen K to get it cleaned up before the race, seems a few pros have been getting flats while on training rides

Armchair coaching tip - the thing that makes Lucy such an incredible swimmer (super wide shoulders) also creates a lot of drag on the bike. Always be pinching your shoulders up towards your ears and behind your neck when in aero to pull them in. (“Turtling”) It becomes normal after a while and also gives your chest cavity more space to breathe. ABP - Always be pinching.

That's the issue with the bikes getting so specialized. There are no tire options.

I rode this course 3 weeks ago. Lots of small stones etc on the shoulder, no puncture but was fearing one the entire ride.

I've been hearing good things about it. But logically thinking, with all that radiation, and bluetooth rays going and working to and fro around your body, with one of them right on top of your heart, is it really "not" dangerous from a help perspective? Anyone?

Yes, I lost an hour's worth of fuel and paid for that on the run
