Listening to Kalimba covers (especially ones as calming and beautiful as this) helps me relax so much as I struggle with severe depression and anxiety. My first ever CDs were Linkin Park and Evanescence. You play these songs so brilliantly and they do a lot of good for strangers like me. I think Chester would have been proud that Linkin Park's music inspires so much good in the world even though he is gone, even though the pleasure is melancholic it feels incredibly peaceful.
Take up an instrument. I took up harmonica earlier this week and it has already seemed to have lowered my panic disorder symptoms.
Chester would be proud of this. This is so soothing...
