That was solely for Japan. I do know that T-Boz and Chilli are recording new material for a 5th TLC studio album. There's going to be a soundtrack for their biopic later this year as well.

I don't know...I think she was trying to coax herself through a bitter sweet moment. I'm pretty sure she was happy to be singing one of the group's biggest hits and celebrating a 20 year anniversary, but there is no Left Eye to celebrate it with...no rap to come in after singing the chorus...maybe she kind of felt empty...her body language is sort of somber. T-Boz has to concentrate on singing the majority of the song, so she could've had the same feelings but it's not as evident.
The piano and guitar, along with the horns, gives this an old-school CHICAGO ("Saturday in The Park") vibe. NICE!
