At the beginning of the journey we, a small family, decided to buy a wooden house by the river. It was an old house, long abandoned and lost its former beauty. However, we see its potential and know that with a little love and renovation it can become a truly special home.
After completing the buying and selling process, we begin the cleaning work. The landscape around the house has been abandoned and has become dense with wild weeds and trees. We took the time and effort to water, prune and clean the area around the house. Gradually, we witnessed the return of a beautiful and fresh living space.
After completing the cleaning work, we move on to the renovation phase of the house. With architects and construction professionals, we created a plan to restore and upgrade the bungalow. The heart of the house, the main living space, has been repaired and improved to bring comfort and convenience to the family.
Not only focusing on the indoor part, we are also interested in making the most of the outdoor space. We built a large terrace to enjoy the wonderful view of the river and surrounding. The wooden walls have been freshly painted, giving a fresh and welcoming look.
When the renovation journey was over, we were pleased with the results. Our bungalow has become a cozy and unique nest, with a beautiful river view. Every day, we are immersed in a peaceful space and enjoy the connection with nature.
Our story is a testament to the power of love and creativity. By clearing the weeds and renovating the abandoned house, we have created a safe and livable place. Our efforts not only create a new space but also create a feeling of warmth and happiness for the whole family.

Amazing planning and work done by everyone. No wasted time, no slack workers. Everybody taking pride in what they are accomplishing. Lovely to watch. Very hard workers doing a very hard job. I hope the are being paid fairly and not taken advantage of.

They’re hard workers but not a well thought out plan. In a seismic place you can’t just pile bricks or cinder blocks, it a very fragile structure.

I have no doubt that it will be very nice for a renovated big house with such a beautiful river view , however , I would hesitate to build such a heavy big house so close to the edge of a slope and so close to the river. If you pay attention to the old house you will notice 2 things: one thing is the cracked wall and the other is about 1-2 feet of wood planks at the bottom front of the house. Cracked wall was the indication of earth shift and wood planks meant river water level had reached the house. Based on these building house so close to river might lose your investment.

Beautiful villa. I only wish more wood was maintained and perhaps change the multi-coloured tiles to something more Chinese looking. Hope there will be a final short Part 2 to show the completely finished look.

@@conniebaughman9894 maybe... but a nice villa after spending so much effort and money could be better when harmonised to look exclusive. The tiles were the one thing that stood out and not coherent to the rest of the design.

房子蓋得不錯，不過有幾點覺得可惜了....
1.屋頂沒舖防水布？年久瓦片老舊滲水木頭照樣爛掉。
2.屋頂、牆面沒做隔熱保溫？
3.屋內許多各式縫隙可用"矽立康"填補，防止小蟲子、冷風進入。

Videos like these coming from our Asian brothers are very interesting and a sort of knowing how these active strong workers work without talking or gossiping between them, as the Supervisor is behind them. Function like these bring prosperity to the country they’re living as well as for employment opportunities. I have never come across videos of this nature taken amongst Indians.
