These vans the site owner has pushed the last owner off site because off the vans age and then bought the van for next to nothing these sit owner's all work together If you buy get everything down in writing and signed and witnessed do not listen to the sales rubbish
The only problem with the cheaper caravans is they have a very short site life before they have to be removed, unlike a new one that may have a site life of 20 years and you would be lucky if just the basic running cost were under 5K a year.
We looked in Cornwall for a van until we looked into everything, new van from £50k (from) site fees plus services etc 8k and over 10 yrs of running its £130 k to be told that when van reaches 16yrs the van is to old for the site so it was a definite NO

Sites need to get a reality check regarding the site fees. They are all getting greedy too greedy

You could be close to £100,000 over ten yrs for a decent van plus running costs, £100,000 think about that.

Don't blame you! It really adds up, doesn't it?! 16 years doesn't seem long at all.
Not very spacious especially the bedrooms.
U get better for price which can be better inslated etc

Biggest money pit you can buy
A complete financial liability. Purchase cost + site fees + bills on a depreciating unit that has a finite life-span. Keep away!
