It's looks like we will face problems. Why because? If we see carefully, Distance between front mudguard & newly installed radiator fan definitely will touch when we face big size of pothole. If possible can you make a video on it?

I think the additional length of this oil cooler will restrict the air flow to the engine head part, you can clearly see the length of new radiator is up to the exhaust outlet, i think the engine will not get proper air cooled on head section which contains valves, rockers, cam shaft all movable parts. Otherwise your idea is good

Why don't you install thermostat on ur bike? U don't need to use switch button when u feel ur engine is getting heat. Search thermostat on AliExpress. There are different varieties of thermostats available at cheaper price.

no four stroke bike comes without oil pump. so same oil pump would push the oil to the radiator as well.
