Oh my gosh. I fell in love with this technique and tried it this evening. One thing different that I made, was cut the petal in the center and overlapped with piping gel to make the petals stand out. I even colored the sugar with edible powder and it came out beautiful as yours. Thank you for sharing.

I don’t know your recipe, but it shouldn't be a problem if it is fat-based.

I have lots of info about that on my IG @FloreaCakes, but if you use my methos with wafer paper conditioner and corn starch - thy shouldn't get soft after drying completely.

Is wafer paper same as rice paper?
Wafer paper is made out of potato starch. Rice paper made out of rice starch, they are not the same, but you can use similar methods

How much mm is required to make flowers?
Any wafer paper that is 0-grade or AD-grade. Something 0.22mm - 0.35mm
