I'm really struggling to decide Prime vs DR...any thoughts? I have limited time to play so maybe 2h DR is better since needing to gem less weapons? Prime seems really fun for naval content tho?
I recommend you to play 2h dr. Darkrunner is really easy(literally no skill required) to play and can kill many players even with very bad items. But Primeval has a high item requirement needs. In addition Primeval requires good ping and skill.

@@mmohub I've heard a lot of people going shortspear/dagger. Is it that important for parrying ranged attacks from archers?
@@BadCuzDad if you want 2h nodachi is good for overall, greatsword is good for parry. if you want dual wield i can advise shortspear/sword, dagger/sword. The main reason they play dual wield is that they benefit from the attack speed bonus and the passive of 2 weapons. So if they go shortspear right hand and dagger left hand, they will have both armor penetration buff from shortspear and attack speed buff from dagger.

nodachi or long spear?
nodachi is better for overall but long spear allows you to kill players who uses plate armor in 1 combo

What are you talking about? Everyone was given item boxes on the beta server. Everyone's gears were equal, and no one was farming.
