I believe the connection he shows in the video is wrong. That is the JUNCTION BLOCK, it connects 12v circuits that are in the fuse box.
The correct connector is the DIAGNOSTIC JUNCTION PORT it is usually located at the steering column.

I got a question for you I have an 07 Tahoe I have replaced the ABS module since then the PCM or the ECU has lost communication with ABS module but I can also communicate with the ABS module and read will speed sensors and all the stuff that's in the ABS module so that kind of confuses me that I can communicate with the ABS module but ABS module has lost communication with the ECM and the PCM and the PCM says it's lost communication with the ABS module

Very well explained. I have only one question. Is the Chrysler pci the same as a 2003-2006 gm class 2 serial data line. Wondering because I repair gm clusters and use a snap on Solus ultra to run and sweep the gauges. I just hook up pin 2 and the ground and power and it works. but someone brought me a 2004 dodge cluster and I have it hooked up to the right pin on the cluster and pin 2 on dlc but it says no communication. Does it have to be in the car for it to work unlike the chevys?? If you could answer I would really appreciate it
