After the verdict, Tasha K made a statement that didn’t sound remorseful. She’s keeping the antics going. That was a time to take stock of what happened and prepared to move forward in a different way. As for CZcamsrs and bloggers, if you’re not being malicious and deliberately telling lies then nothing should change for you. She went for Cardi’s neck and Cardi was still nice enough in the beginning to try to work something out with her but she kept on so this is what happens. Actions have consequences and no one is exempt from them.

What's so disgusting is that it wasn't a mistake, it was willful. As loud and boastful as Tasha K is, most of her followers obviously do not recognize that she is an insecure individual. Her lack of education is evident despite her speaking ability-I know 5 year old s who speak more eloquently than Tasha K. She has a pseudo sense of wealth, claiming she has the millions in judgements against her as if it's not a devastating financial loss, and that doesn't include what she had to be her own attorneys. What intelligent person would hire criminal defense lawyers to represent them in a civil case. The stupidity of Tasha K is astounding.

I'm in insurance. Insurance will never cover anything intentional...it has to happen by accident. The fact that she stated she lied I highly doubt she'll have that paid from the insurer. Unless terms within her policy say otherwise...but I highly doubt it.

Also with having insurance it all depends how long she’s had the coverage. Because if her insurance company feels she’s not worth paying out the judgment and they are not going to make it back the insurance company will drop her and send the payments back to her.Remember you are a investment for the insurance company.
I am an insurance agent and that is NOT how it works. If she has liability insurance to include defamation/ slander she may be covered. It is at the claim adjuster's discretion. Her confession may knockout coverage. They do NOT have to return the payments and they will not renew her policy. They do have to inform her of non renewal , so she has time to secure other coverage.

There should be an exclusion for international act in that policy which I would think can be used against her. People forget that with insurance, you cannot intentionally open your policy up to exposure.

Tasha had the chance to make amends when she received the "Cease and Desist" letter. She chose to go forth with these lies. She should NOT be forgiven because she had multiple chances to stop this and she willingly chose not to. That's the price she pays for the choice she made.
The word “allegedly” goes a long way. Gossip celebrity news shouldn’t change much if you report the news ethically and with responsibility. There is a big difference between reporting gossip and reporting knowing the rumors false and to intentionally cause slander and defamation.

First Amendment Right protects you from being prosecuted by the Government for your speech against it. Freedom of Speech is just that. It doesn’t mean you are devoid of consequences in civil cases by someone you spoke about and this person decided to take legal action and sued.
