Lantana is considered a "noxious weed" in Australia - and I had some in my front yard, and was told to remove it or be fined by the local council! The elephants are amazing!
Amazing! Thank you for the tour, I always enjoy it when you take us somewhere local to you. You’ve shown such beautiful sights that I would never get to see. I’ve always love my midwestern roots to the point of getting homesick if I traveled too far, even as an adult. But, wow, the east coast is breathtaking! 💕

So interesting that they were made of Lantana and it’s considered invasive somewhere. Where I am we go to the nursery to buy it and plant it in our yard on purpose. I have some, it’s very pretty and the bees and butterflies like it.

Hi Margaret, Thank you so much for sharing the elephants with us. I am a bona fide art lover. The 2 things that I spent money on ( besides my son) were art and travel. When I taught high school on the Navajo reservation in New Mexico ( for 5 years) I bought several pieces of Native American art to add to my art collection. I wanted some pieces to remind me of the 5 years that I lived there! Nowadays, in retirement I really do not have “disposable income” so I am VERY happy that I bought art when it was financially possible!!! The elephants are GORGEOUS!! Elizabeth in Texas

Great model elephants. What was the car issue?
Dead battery. Obviously we left something on
