    40g melted butter.
    250 ml warm milk.
    8 g dry yeast.
    30 ml vegetable oil.
    1/2 teaspoon salt.
    600-650 g wheat flour.
    For decoration:
    1 egg yolk.
    1 tablespoon milk.
