My mother’s spirit lingered around the family home after she died. She was actually seen by someone who had never met her, from his description it was definitely our mother. A channeled spirit told the family to get together and focus mentally on telling her to her to go to the light. A few days later two of my brothers, the only ones who were not there when she died, had exactly the same dream , they saw her and my dad together, both looking extraordinarily happy and just covered in beautiful light. Her energy was not experienced at the house again. Also when my last dog died, she was my best friend, she hung around for a few years, before she left . I always took her out in the car with me and for a long time I would suddenly become aware of her energy in the passenger seat when ever I was out in the car. I would talk and sing with her then , she was a giant Schnauzer and we used to sing a lot together, she especially loved to do the Om. Lovely memories I have.

In March of 2023, with the help of a medium, my father, who died in 2005, told me he was happy to be with me while I work on my car in 2023. He reminded me not to make the same mistake he made on my first car. That event was in 1978. His spirit did retain memories of life and relationships, enjoyed pleasure with the life events of his loved ones, and even continued being able to learn. Yes, learn. His first statement through the medium was, "I just learned I could talk to you this way. I'm figuring it out. When alive, I would not have believed it possible."

I fell like I’m hanging out with some friends when I watch this. I’m a 68 yr old who has been on a spiritual path since I was 14 yrs. Old. I’ve lived my whole life listening to my guides, seeing angels, and seeing nature as messengers from source.
It’s so great to hear this just now. I’m almost house bound, spending at least 20 hours a day in bed, from ME/CFS. I am becoming more and more grateful to have to spend so much time at rest. My consciousness has been given an opportunity to expand and remember, and evolve without distractions from the world of doing a lot of things. Thanks for teaching me and reminding me.

Rainbows are a wonderful connection to my late husband. Very shortly after he passed, I was deeply crying in the shower, under the skylight in the morning. Suddenly, I realized that there was a rainbow in EVERY SINGLE DROPLET of water that splashed off me, off the glass surround, and streamed down the glass. All around me were thousands and thousands of droplets too multiple to count, each containing a complete rainbow. My tears turned to intense, love-filled gratitude. It is difficult by way of explanation to adequately give others the sense of this miraculous, rainbow experience. It was exceedingly profound and beautiful.
That's just lovely.
I was in a coma for 6 months in a Trauma center. During this, I was sitting on top of a neighbo'rs house with 2 friends that had passed from cancer. When I regained concenous from the coma. I felt like it was a dream
1/f is common in classical music! Grateful that this healing music is still available to most anyone if we only tune in. Inspired to send an added donation to my local classical station to help keep this going for all. 💝☀️
Many of us are being deeply affected, psychologically and spiritually by the pain and suffering of the planet right now, by all its divisions, wars, and brutality. At the same time, there seems to be increased awareness, spiritually of putting out more love and prayer into the world by those of us here on earth now. - Can we actually change future suffering and wars by group, prayer, and meditation, along with our loved ones and spirit guides in the heavenly plane ? I’m deeply concerned, for my grandchildren and planet. We seem to have previously avoided a World War III, but it appears we are headed for that once again

I used to watch “The Long Island Medium” Theresa Caputo. I enjoyed the show, so when she came to my city I went to see her. Now, I understand there are many skeptics when it comes to Theresa. But, I found out, with no doubt, she has the gift.
She would say I am getting whatever, does this connect with anyone here. It usually did and then she went to talk to them about it. People were truly astonished. Although some would just say she had plants in the audience.
Then she said, a few different times, they are showing me tennis shoes. No one answered about a connection. But I had one. There were perhaps 2500 people at the venue and I was up in the balcony, so I did not want to make her come all the way up there.
Any way, my dad who transitioned in September of 2002 had bought two pairs of tennis shoes at Walmart. He was so proud of himself for finding himself such a good deal, and said these will probably last me the rest of my life. A week later he was taken from us in a motor vehicle accident. My mom brought up those tennis shoes again, saying your father did not know how right he was about those shoes lasting him the rest of his life.
Theresa got a message from my dad about the shoes.

I have been under the weather and not able to meditate this last week. My mind began to be overwhelmed with all the information i have been taking in relating to the spiritual path. I was brought up Catholic so all this is completely out of box that i was programmed to believe.

Love this! I was in excruciating grief and collecting every hair left in the house after my pet just died but after applying my mediumship skills, I had the experience that Sanaya said- the Spirit connection is so satisfying that I don't need the physical anymore. It's amazing. Thank you
My doggo passed away about a month ago and last week I was woke up by a sharp bark in the middle of the night, I almost got up to take him out to potty before I remembered. I told him thanks for coming through to say hi
I really wish you could add photos in the comments, I was lucky enough to have a beautiful black cat for 22 years. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was admiring my crystal ball with the sun shining on it. I decided to take a picture of it and there was my cat as clear as day. Unfortunately in April this year I found out they didn’t get all the cancer and it’s in my lymph nodes, I’m classed as terminal but refuse to believe it I’m planning on living to 100! It’s slow growing and I’ve had some shrinkage with my treatments but every time I’ve had a hard time I see her, I also found hairs from my dog who had passed to appear out of no where, like waiting for the kettle to boil and one floated down in front of me it’s incredible and shows my beloved fur babies are watching over me.

Why does certain music affect me physically and emotionally. It can bring me to tears but not because I'm sad. It gives me chills, particularly on my arms. Its like I can feel in in my whole body

Hello, I am so happy to see this. I have a comment/question. I watched you Suzanne on the Global Oneness summit. You made a statement as to getting up and excusing yourself when the conversation went, for lack of a better phrase, nasty. I do all I can to stay calm and true to myself, but LIFE and sometimes PEOPLE, PUSH, and they push hard. My life over the last 2 years has had some nasty bumps, starting with the sudden loss of my BF/Husband of 52 years, and on and on. I can hear you, 'Isn't that interesting' but it's nice to hear that you deal with these moments also. Please reinforce how to stay in what I call Center. TY so much, saw you at Omega last summer and I will be there again in 2024. Blessings to you all.

I think I’ve tried every spiritual method on CZcams to get answers. They make it sound so easy… it is to them or anyone who can speak to spirits for answers. Some didn’t even have to try. I’m more frustrated than ever…
When I hear about all the people who are afraid of church people, or priests or missionairies I am very happy that the people who raised me were Atheists and Agnostics. I found my connection to Jesus/God on my own - without interference. Working as a Pastor since 30 years ;-) No one is afraid of me....

When your guides were speaking about the type of music they like on the other side, they mentioned 1/f. In mathematics, 1/f (1 divided by frequency) which is the formula for time. It felt metaphorical that they like the music of time. I guess if you could see all things over all time, it would be quite interesting. When my kundalini awoke last year, there was a sense or feeling that everything on the other side is like a playful game full of curiosity and discovery. Ty for answering all the amazing questions, all my love your way.
Really great to spend time with you all. Learned so much today as usual. I would love to know how Suzanne's dinner party goes. This is a somewhat challenging thing in my life, that I can't really talk about these things with anyone I know where I am living at the moment. Had friends in my little town back in Maryland who were and are open to all. And I am just never sure how to answer the question when someone asks me what I am reading (at my little coffee place) when it's channeled material, etc. A lot of church goers here, so it's interesting, and likely it's me. I will ask for guidance tonight, I think! So much more challenging to actually come out as a medium, though you've been doing it for so long and have so many fans. If you are true to yourself by feeling you are 100% loveable and acceptable whatever you read or believe in, you may inspire others to also be true to themselves. Someone I was listening to not long ago, sorry cannot remember who it was, said love is a high frequency, authenticity is even higher. Isn't that powerful? Feeling proud to be who we are as creations of God/Source, no greater or less than anyone else, no judgement in fact :).

I lost my dog Oscar back some years ago. He comes in and plays with my current dog Maya under the bed. He then crawls under my cover and sleeps on my feet. I hear them playing. Brings me so much joy. William

I lost my husband unexpectedly 3 months ago, we have known each other for over 60 years, since children, we met at age 10, again at 15 married at 18 and he passed shortly before our 59th anniversary.. I don't know how to move thru this deep sorrow and grief of losing his love here on earth. How does one maneuver through this during this time. I am partially disabled and he was my caretaker. The sorrow is beyond measure. Do we meet again with our loved one when we pass..do they WAIT for us and look over us while we are still here? Sorry that's more than one question.
So sorry for your loss. I lost my husband 13 years ago and my dear mother , 7 years ago , and now most recently, my dear brother 😢 I love to listen to Suzanne, to be given hope and encouragement, that they are nearby and in a much better place. Her knowing is so uplifting to my heavy heart and I long to be in contact with them on the other side. Isn’t it wonderful to know that you can still talk to him and think of him, and he hears you? Look for signs that he is trying to show you that he is nearby. Ask him to send you a sign. It will be a comfort to you knowing that it was not a coincidence and that you will be reunited one day 🙏✨
It’s devastating when a loved one leaves their body and crosses back over to Spirit-we can’t help but long for them to be here with us in a physical body. BUT. PLEASE KNOW that your husband didn’t go away; he is still right there with you. He can hear every word you say to him, in fact can even hear and feel your loving thoughts of and to him. As someone else mentioned, he can communicate in other ways, so ask him to send you signs. Also, you can ask him for help, as well as your whole Team of Light (your guides, guardian angels, etc.). And yes, OF COURSE you will be together when you cross over. You absolutely CANNOT EVER lose someone you love-we are eternal beings. You are NOT alone, no matter how it may feel at times. What I have written above is not from my beliefs or faith; it’s from the KNOWING I have now as a result of my own journey. I promise you that it’s true. Blessings to you.
He's still your caretaker... I'm so sorry for your pain. My recent loss has taught me, among other lessons, that there's nothing wrong with missing the person, being sad and even angry, as long as we don't conclude that the love has disappeared with their earthly bodies. I hope you find solace soon, and that you can allow to disolve the sorrow enough to feel him and communicate now in the new romance of silence... Until you meet again on the other side of the veil. I am so sorry for your loss, and sadness. My mom has showed me we still exist on the other side. We’ve had some unbelievable communication since her soul left her body. None of it was ‘hopeful imagination’. It all happened and it was real. I thank god for giving us the ability to do so. My mom visits me in my bedroom. Not with just dream visitations, I have physically felt her. Once she sat at the end of my bed…. Just after losing her I was in despair and agony. She knew I needed to know. She knew I needed a lifeline. That’s what I call it because it truly brought me peace and comfort. I felt like I could breathe normally again. Once and one time only she showed herself. From head to toe. It was in a ‘holographic’ form and is the best way I can describe it. She stood at the end of my bed. I was not dreaming. I stood up and literally pinched myself. I also grabbed an object and spoke out loud to myself. Just to feel the ‘realness’ I hope that makes sense to you. I must have thanked her a million times following. I know she heard me. ♥️ your husband hasn’t left you I promise. You are a part of eachothers heart and soul. That kind of love? They are always with you. He wants you to know that. If you haven’t experienced connection from him yet … you will. He will come. When my Mom sat at the end of my bed and hugged me? She stroked my hair exactly the way she always did, she said ‘You’ll be ok baby girl’. She always called me that. Every since I can remember. Only me of the kids because I was the last. My twin came out 5 minutes earlier but she only called me that. I not only heard her I felt her with every single ounce of my being. It was so grand it is impossible to describe the feeling. What a blessing and gift she gave me. I am telling you this because you need to believe. I promise you … it would be a dishonour to my Mom if I made up these couple of examples I’ve shared with you. I know her spirit still exists. I know we will reunite with our loved ones on the other side when it is our turn. They will be there to take our hand. ♥️♥️ Your husband does not want you to torture yourself. He heard you and can feel your feelings. Please be strong and know you will always be a part of one another’s story. That story still exists. His spirit is till very much alive. I hope soon he will send you signs. Hold onto to your live tightly and don’t let go. He is with you and you will reunite one day again I promise.

On the point of losing one's identity and being merged in the greater consciousness beyond. Think of it in terms of personality and essence ... personality is a role we take on -from life to life - like an actor takes on characters, but they also remain themselves whilst playing the role and after they move to another character... With even the most adaptable and talented actor, there will always be a strain of their true nature in the various roles... their perennial essence.

Being estranged from my mother and father for the past 25-30 years I was shocked to learn that I had chosen to be their child. They both passed within less than a year of each other several years ago. I did not attend either funeral. My question is this, would it help my journey and awakening to reach out to them and make peace to heal all of my childhood wounds and trauma?

I have come across another lady who channels the angels and Yeshua and their message focuses alot on all the structures of power underpinning our society being broken down and tough times coming. They also talk about an earth rift which could cause a tsunami and floods and that we should be prepared with, for example, ways to purify water and have some food stocks as shipping will be affected. Does Sanaya have any thing to say about this?
I know exactly who you're talking about because I follow her too and I would also like to know if other channelers are receiving messages in regards to this.
I have no idea who you are talking about, but I would urge you to trust on your inner guidance. Do these messages resonate with you? If the messages are scary or frightening, I do not believe they are from Spirit.
I agree with tinaw… the fear mongering raises a red flag. Remember how powerful our focus is 💡🌈
If that’s what energy is given to then it’ll be manifested. There’s more than one timeline so focus on the one you want to see.

I have been suffering with chronic back and hip pain for 5 years and I've been dismissed so much by medical people. So after watching you almost every night I ask for healing from those across the veil. But I never get better 😢 I don't understand 😢
Suzanne and her teachings have brought me a lot of comfort. I’m so thankful for that. One thing that I’ve worried about is getting “arrogant” with knowledge that keeps me from further learning, from searching…which of course, dampens my confidence. Analysis paralysis? Are our brains evil, in that doubts are sown that make me sad?

I looked up the what the frequency that Suzanne relayed from Sanaya is. "1 over f," does indeed exist. I sure most of us are aware of "white noise," apparently there is such a thing as "red noise" too. "1 over f" sits between the two noises on a spectrum - so it is "pink noise." It put me in mind of the Heart Chakra being associated with both green and, of course, pink.

I scrolled back a month (I’m assuming my team sent me here) and found the words I needed to hear. Basically, if the teaching evokes fear, it’s not based in love.
