First Collards planted & using a broadfork

Spent about 4 hours in the garden today, arrived to find the heavy work had already been done, a whole bunch of more cardboard and mulch spread out. Mucho Gracious.. once again.
I found a packet of Georgia Collards from 2022, and decided to take a risk and go ahead and plant them. Picked the row where sunflowers had been, broke out the Meadow Creature broadfork, loosened the row a bit, mini-tiller (4 stroke Honda) about and inch or so deep to make a seed bed, sowed the seed really really thick and watered in.
Hopefully, back tomorrow morning to do more, earlier and with cooler weather.
