  • Want to make your own planner dividers? In this tutorial I walk you through how to create your own template using free Cricut Design Space software but you don't need an actual Cricut machine to make these planner dividers!
    Cricut Explore Air 2 - this is the machine I have but again you don't need an actual Cricut if you're just wanting to make the templates on paper and then print them out!

    • @MomYePlans
      @MomYePlans  Před 3 lety +4

      Yes! So you would add text and then weld it onto each of your divider tabs, then go to print and cut to make them! I can do a follow up video on this!

    @ruimarques_ Před 3 lety

    Very nice tutorial. Thank you for taking the time.
    Can we then print on the dividers on a regular printer ?
    Won't the tabs create a problem ?

    • @MomYePlans
      @MomYePlans  Před 3 lety +1

      Thank you so much for watching! Yes, so you can print the dividers on a regular printer by first taking a screen shot then converting it to an SVG file so that you can resize it back to the size you need. When you say the tabs creating a problem is this because you're creating a full page divider i.e. US letter 8.5 x 11 for example? so then there's not enough room to print the actual tab? In this scenario what I would do is just make a narrower template (but still the 11" height) and just use that as your template to trace onto a bigger sheet of paper. Let me know if my understanding of your question is correct!

    • @ruimarques_
      @ruimarques_ Před 3 lety

      @@MomYePlans I think i understand the full process now.
      Will try to make my own tabs, print some art work on them, print on the tabs and finally laminate.
      I predict lots of mistakes but i think it will be rewarding in the end. 😊

  • @barbra429
    @barbra429 Před 3 lety

    Sorry to bother you but do you know how I would make these divider pages with overlapping tabs, I like them to slightly overlap. I am in design space and can't figure out how to evenly overlap 6 tabs on a divider page. I called Cricut, but I don't think they knew what I meant. They are going to call me back, but I figured out in the meantime I would ask.

  • @barbra429

    • @MomYePlans
      @MomYePlans  Před 3 lety

      I don't believe so, it just snaps when I put it close to the page. If you look up the Cricut help section I think there's a button or something you may have to click to turn the function on
