You forgot GTA cheats
What kind of cheat code is that
@@vanessasandoval96 all cheat GTA 3 all way to GTA 5
You forgot the undertale cheat, sans will completely make fun of you
None on any of these games, but I have used cheat codes in the past to unlock various items in games like characters, stages/arenas, weapons, alternate attire/gear/costumes, and collectibles. And sometimes to give myself unlimited cash, ammo, health or energy to be invincible against my enemies in the games or to just have some extra money to throw around and spend.
This does make me think of South Park and Cartman calling you Tom Brady if you get the code to the basement without actually looking for it
What's even funnier is that even if you know the code by heart after playing it he still calls you out. A speed runners worst nightmare.
I found it hilarious but kinda hate it too. The whole "Brady cheats" thing is so dumb and I say that as someone who's team lost to him around the same time as both "scandals". I have no love for Brady but he's the best and to have his reputation tarnished over two non issues (seriously spygate was just Mangini trying to get back at his former friend despite Jets doing the same exact thing and it snowballed and I shouldn't even have to bring up deflategate) is a shame.
I actually took a wild guess based of what I knew about Cartman and got that.
Shoutout to the most animated Narrator on the channel. No really i love this guy's energy
I remember playing Vectorman with level skip.
It straight up tells you:
CONGRATULATIONS!
But next time, play without cheating.
That random moment when you unknowingly end up watching a video that you're featured on. All in good fun, thanks for the shoutout!
Oh damn yea lol
The Battletoads series.
If you use any of the warps and beat the game, Professor T Bird will say "Well done, but at least the Dark Queen doesn't cheat! Try again without using the warps next time!"
My friend and I would play Battletoads: Double Dragon for hours and hours back in '04.
In Descent, the ship's voice openly calls you a cheater and your score is permanently set at zero. In the second game, using any cheat codes from the first game sets your shields to 1.
In some of the classic Tomb Raider games, inputting a cheat code incorrectly makes Lara explode.
In Mech Warrior 2, if you enter "idkfa", the console tells you "this ain't Doom, bub", and your mech explodes.
Nobody cares pickmisha
Did you watch Guru Larrys 5 Cheat Codes That Totally Screw You Over?
You also got the SNES Twinbee where entering the Konami code kills you and starts the level over, just like Gradius 3.
I love Scarface: The World Is Yours.
What about Conker's Bad Fur Day? The fire imp calls you out each time you enter a cheat. "You cheatin' bastard!"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Seeing ATV Offroad Fury 2 makes me so nostalgic.
Turok 2 is missing on this list.
When you activate the codes there is a voice that shouts at you things like "you should be ashamed of yourself>:("
I like how nearly every one of these were from 2002.
You pretty much have to use cheat codes in Bloodrayne 2 because that game is ridiculously hard on any difficulty
“So let’s keep it a bean” 🤣🤣
I had a really cute bubble bursting game on my computer. It had a button labeled “Cheat Mode”. I clicked it just to see what would happen. It displayed a text box that said “It’s unethical to cheat.” I was so amused I would periodically click the button just for the giggle!
All video games especially online games should do this. Let’s everybody in the lobby watch out we haven’t had a chance to hit the Ben Hamer yet
Is Young Deuces new here? I kinda like him as a voice over. His voice just goes well with the gaming theme of this video. Hope we'll see more videos with him in the future!
You had to type in "weakling" to get 55 lives. lol That's awesome. I'm all for cheat codes as long as they have their own scoreboard so they don't dirty up reputable players scores.
I love when the devs troll the players lol
I’ve used cheat codes for Pokemon, Kingdom Hearts, and Ghostbusters. But I only use certain cheat codes for things. Like in the Pokemon games I use them to clone Pokemon and max out items like max revives, pokeballs, TMs, and stones, but I haven’t figured how to do any of that with games for the switch. With my Ghostbusters game I only use it to max out the money so I can get the additions quicker. Now with Kingdom Hearts, I only use the codes to max out money, elixirs, power ups, and synthesis materials. All others I want to get through the journey of the game.
Shouts out to Watchmojo for finally getting a Brotha as the narrator🙌🏾
obviously this game wouldn't be on a list like this, but pokemon clover has your player literally kill themselves in prison after the elite four if you use cheat codes
Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! GTA: San Andreas had a lot of hidden cheat codes (for consoles) as well. I remember there was a dude who made a sophisticated machine to randomly press the buttons to find the hidden cheat codes. 🤣
I would use a Unlimited Ammo Cheat ANYDAY!
Happy to see that SOMEONE other than me remembers Quantum Redshift. I don't like racing games, but Quantum Redshift is the one and only exception.

I really like this narrator/announcer guy. What other topics does he do on WatchMojo? I usually just hear from Rebecca and Ashley.

SAme
Theme Hospital for PC would announce in-game, "Hospital Administrator is cheating" whenever you used a cheat.
You forgot about one game that mocked players who enter cheat codes. In the videogame adaptation of Superman Returns, if you enter any cheat codes you will get the achievement/trophy entitled "Not So Super", the icon of which shows Superman looking rather disappointed in you. Even worse, because this is an achievement or trophy that means that anyone who looks at your profile will know that you had to enter a cheat on this game.
WatchMojo, you should do a list of the Top 20 Video Games with the Best Waifus. I have some examples you should mention.
Examples:
Azur Lane
League of Legends
Street Fighter series
Tales series
Overwatch
Guilty Gear series
Dynasty Warriors series
Final Fantasy series
Honkai Impact 3rd
Tekken series
BlazBlue series
Senran Kagura series
Touhou series
Samurai Shodown series
Hyperdimension Neptunia series
Gal Gun series
The DKC one "weak" haha 😄 best dig ever.
Top 10 Worst Things That Happened To Robert Freeman (The Boondock)
@@OnePieceGuy55 if this ISNT a bot, why would you tell random people that.
@@kerisaltchannel3817 he has been copying and pasting this for a while. Also it's really childish as well
I like MERRY in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! (1996).
"Descent: Freespace" wouldn't let you advance in the game if you cheated
I came looking for a Freespace comment. I remember it berating you.
I like FEATHERS, EGGS, FALLPROOF, HONEYBACK, JUKEBOX and HOMING in Banjo-Tooie (2000).
Nematoads are people too
Any of the Blizzard games...if you use cheats during the campaign it effects your score (e.g. Starcraft, Warcraft)
The cheat room where if u enter too many Gruntilda will erase your file (the first banjo game I think?)
I like BLUE EGGS, RED FEATHERS and GOLD FEATHERS from Cheato in Banjo-Kazooie (1998).
ATV Offroad fury 2 was my childhood GOD I MISS THAT GAME!!! But yeah even I got bitchy at trying to win all the bikes so I used cheat codes. Dat Fury bike tho *buss a nut
Alternate Title: Top 10 Video Games Released In 2002.
Proud to say I beat Scarface The World is Yours without the no balls cheat in 24 hours.
Psychonauts calls you out for cheating if you put in a cheat code. It will say "You cheated!"
After hearing the names of these cheat codes, it feels like a punch to the stomach. I doubt my pride as a game would recover...
Superman Returns gives you a 0G Achievement called "Not So Super" for putting in a cheat code.
Just shapes and beats has that one song that is just a loop whenever it detects someone cheating
I’m pretty sure Donkey Kong Country 2 came out way before 2004.
That's what I thought as well lol.
They're specifically referring to the GBA port, which came out 9 years after the original SNES game.
@@wordlifeecw Thanks for clearing that up. I didn’t even know they had a GBA version till now. I only played it on SNES back in 95/96
Help Me is generally a very fitting word to use as a cheat code.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Facts lol
I like BOVRILBULLETHOLE in Conker's Bad Fur Day (2001).
I can't believe you put minority report in here! It was awesome for a movie tie-in game. They had this one cheat code I think it was called low gravity or something like that because whenever you shot someone with the concussion pistol they went flying across the screen it was great.
You can cheat in a tiger woods game?! 🤣🤣 That's so meta 🤣
I remember Star Wars: Dark Forces had a god mode cheat if you typed in “LA I’m lame”
I love this guy's energy. He made an otherwise boring video very interesting. If he's only doing video games, I need him to do other lists as well. Keep up the good work guy!!!
Cheat codes were a right of passage as a kid gamer in the 90's
Good Video 🥰😃
Bro the thumbnail😂
I remember an old Doom clone called 'Heretic' which took any Doom cheat codes you entered into it, and reversed the effects. Try to unlock all the weapons & get infinite ammo, it'd leave you with just the melee weapon. Try to give yourself all the keys, it'd take those too. Enter god mode, more like 6-feet under mode.
"Trying to cheat? Now you Die!"
"Cheater! You don't deserve weapons!"
In Star Wars: Dark Forces, you become impervious to damage by typing in iamlame. On the nose, isn't it?
descent, if u enter ANY cheat the game wipes ure score, and straight up calls u a cheater
A rare PC game, Septerra Core, had two cheats that shamed you: IMAREALWEENIE to access a few special codes, and MAKETHEMSTOPMOMMIE to prevent enemies from attacking you out of battle. Talk about shaming you, ouch...
The Pagemaster game would call you a cheater for most of the credits if you used cheaters
MYST made me feel that way!
Vectorman if you beat the game with a cheat code at the end you'll see a message saying "Great Not Try Playing the game without Cheating".
This video gets reuploaded every 5 months 🤣🤣🤣
Surprised Conkers Bad Fur Day isn't on here. Everytime you put in a successful cheat code a character says "You cheating bastard." An added bonus is if you mess up a cheat he has a chance of saying "Didn't work the first time ain't gonna work the second time dipshit "
Should've went with DKC3 where the rating screen shows a ranking based off how fast and how many collectables you got, if you used Tfst and got everything, you'd get a damn good rank, If something like lives or water, It'd call you a Cheatin' Chump!
If you wanted to get 55 lives, you had to type in “weakling” that’s funny, I love when games troll the players lol
I don't feel ashamed at all for using cheat codes. I mostly use them when I want to have more fun.
Entry after entry of entering "quitter" or something similar as a code. This isn't what I expected.
I 💕 yours video
What kind of video games would be angry for using cheat codes?
Amazing video watch mojo of videos game calling out cheaters for cheats for there games, fantastic job.
Lol the way this guy says gaaaaame
Why is this guy yelling at us?
Y'all forgot battle toads and double dragon
The only game I have ever played was Big Mutha Truckers
Wow, I'm playing ATV Offorad fury 2 right now. I don't feel the need to cheat in that game.
Oh great!
Two words: I'm a cheater
???
Emulators bypassed them. That's hiw my pokemon from my emulators are op
This isn't the WatchMojo lady....
I feel like some games should be enjoyed when playing the cheats are just to make them more mangable I don’t feel bad using game genie and game shark there were some games I really wanted to beat but didn’t have the time or skill. I’m sure future games will have some hidden cheats cause that will never go out of style.
Yes, I agree.
There are games that don't punish you if you use cheats.
In MLB 2K5 just type in 'Barry Bonds' cheat code for easy home runs.
In a single player game, especially if in a game you have played through to the end previously several times under the default rules, there is absolutely zero shame in using built-in cheats to vary the experience. Sometimes I get great enjoyment playing as an unstoppable god, or severely nerfed.
Hell, in a single player game, there is no shame in using cheats under any scenario. Your game, you paid for it. Play it like you want to.
Example: in GTA games and Saints Row games, there is the "Wanted" scenario where you need to dodge cops until your wanted status slowly drops. It is fun and thrilling and tense, but after 175 times the novelty has worn off entirely and I can clearly see the game AI is blatantly cheating. I do not want to spend 5 or 10 minutes on some exercise I have done a hundred times before. It's padded gameplay and pointless at that point. I can do it, but at this point I would prefer to skip it. It is intentionally annoying and anti-fun.
I have zero shame calling a cheat phone number to cancel my wanted level.
Wouldn't do it on the first or second play-through, myself, but you could if you want to.
I used cheat codes all the time for games like Blade 2 and both X-men legends video games.
8:38 Actually that's 3 words.
I was curious enough to look this up. For the game its 2 words, "Ima cheater". Kind of funny.
Good for me, 'cos I don't play these games, including Free Fire.
I only did the Star Wars one, but I’m pretty sure I beat it without cheat codes. The rest and they’re cheat codes, Never played them.

@@newgameaaaa lmao thank you!
maybe is a coincidence but all this game are from 2002 (when i was born)
Stanley portable made it as a serious table joke.
In Heroes 3 of might and magic when you do cheat you get it but it will write in comment CHEATER!
Rinse and repeat on videos ugh
This video was eh. I thought the game was going to write something on the screen or do a voice where it called you out. Having insulting words as you enter cheat codes isn't impressive.
Cheat codes, what's that?
I love your profile pic
To be fair Golf Games are Difficult & Boring so that code is justified.
Yet we use them anyway
@@OnePieceGuy55 Good thing I can't smell through the internet
@@jotheunissen9274 he was spamming this yesterday for attention.
@@OnePieceGuy55 you need to grow up and quit acting like a child right now. Did you know nobody asked
This list was @sscheeks
In The Incredibles 2 Rise of The Underminer to make the gameplay easier you had to type in the code THISISTOOHARD
Why put cheat codes in your games if no one's supposed to use them? Is it just a lure to find people to shame?
They're for developers to test the games easier.
Pokémon

Type in 2 words: I'm a cheater
