I think that waits a bit. I think what comes next is the opp of kaiju 8 over the years. The way he will be introduced will be by another humanoid attracted by the chaos caused by #9. I think he faces of kafka and beats him sensless upon realizing this is his boss's opp. Somehow he survives (stuck in kaiju form) then the subordinate reports back. There is a list of subornites the defence force will have to beat and with this kafka's kaiju and suit % increase to say 90... In the final battle thats when he gets to 100%

Also, in one of the chapters, whole Kafka was training with hoshina, Kafka say a vison of a samurai, but we never got any explanation as well.
So time will tell.
