Ha i dug out 2 stumps stuck togther that size was the small one the big one was 3 times bigger trick was axe the roots and peck away at it.then loader for more lift. I cureled the bucket under it. Powerwasher would dog faster and less work presser wash the dirt

They are incredible machines I am always amazed at the power and ability. You might consider some of Kens Bolt On Hooks for lifting and chaining assistance. Breeze to install simple directions and minimal tools needed. There are some great videos of the hooks and install on here as well. Keep digging and having fun.
I dug one about the same size with that same tractor after I got it to rock over, I pushed the dirt back in one side and took my bucket and got under it and began to push it over, but it was a task for sure but loved every minute
