What pedal assist were you in when you used the throttle to start out? I'm not sure about the yellow one but the seat on the Onebot S7 can't go all the way down because the seat post has a screw in it to stop it so it would be too high for kids.

Hey Will: based on your recommendation and the incredible $499 deal being offered on Amazon, I went ahead and purchased the S7 in dark grey. I can’t wait to ride it. I’m 6’2” and 205lbs. I hope it’s big enough!

Kurt thats awesome! I think it will be big enough for shorter trips. I'm about 6'1" 200lbs. and it worked for me. Wouldn't be comfortable if you were trying to make long trips with it but should work for your around town/shorter trips. Let me know how you like it & thanks for using my Amazon link :-)

@@ALLElectricChannel Hi Will: I own a Tern HSD as my primary E-bike. This inexpensive ONEBOT S7 will serve as a commuter bike around my neighborhood.

@@ALLElectricChannel Hi Will: I received my S7 today. For $499, I’m frankly impressed at how well made this bike is. There are some obvious annoyances, which I completely expected, like the cheap pedals and the Chinese-to-fractured-English instruction manual. Since there is nothing regarding proper tire inflation in the manual, what would you recommend? I weigh 210 lbs. Thanks! - Kurt

    What about the weight?

Hi Will: I tried to install the fenders, but there are no instructions whatsoever, and the Philips screws that I think are intended for the fender installation are IMPOSSIBLE to remove, even with my own Philips head screwdriver (the ONEBOT supplied wrench / screwdriver is totally worthless). I gave up trying to remove the Philips head screws on the ONEBOT S7’s frame, for fear of stripping them. Any advice? Thanks, Kurt
