Robert Small was an office manager for Morgan Stanley and his office was on the 72nd floor of the South Tower.

I really enjoyed his short interviews. We will never forget.
What a lovely, humble human being. Blessings to him.
I was 12 when 9/11 happened, my dad worked in a tall office building in Detroit. They sent everyone home that day just to be safe
franzferdinand17 a lot of businesses around the country closed down. I was in L.A. and my bosses were from NY. We were all so stunned and couldn’t work. Back then, it united Americans. Now, we are finding reasons to be divided and I don’t want another 9/11. But I want that spirit of unity back.
I interviewed in his tower, Tower 2 at a different company in 2000. Every time I see someone like this I remember "All the BEST people worked in the World Trade Center". If you want to know the caliber and quality of the people - THIS guy is it. God Bless them all. Never to be seen or matched again.
“There was always next time”
Aaliha Taveras Unfortunately a lot of people think that way.. taking life for granted.
you didnt miss much.. empire state building was and is a better view and i always had more fun there. wtc was really boring
Bless you thanks so much for telling your story take good care .
I have a vacuum sealed plastic bag of assorted items covered in ash, grit, dust. It has lain undisturbed at the back of my cedar closet since September 12, 2001 when I put it there. I will not open it or even look at it. That’s for my son after I’m gone.
You don't have to look at it. You know it's there. ❤️❤️❤️
“Because there was always next time.”
I feel horror for the ones caught a few floors up who had no options
Bless you
Ooof "there was always next time".
At least he didn't take his daughter to the observation deck on the morning of 9/11.
I like this guy
God bless... my name is Susan. Our heroes.
It could have been worse. He could have taken her to the observation deck on the morning of 9/11.
Anybody got a link or name to this doc.?
Somewhat sarcastic I guess. I don’t know . Glad for him . But geez . Don’t be so glib
Does he have to carry what he survived and who he lost as an albatross round his neck for all to see?
You must remember the good so that what was lost maintains significance.
stop bragging.. true heros dont brag
Pinkie Love he’s not bragging. He was asked to share his story so he did. Get over yourself.
When you make it through something so difficult as that, you have the right to brag all you want.
He never claimed to be a “hero”.
