How did you go about finding a manufacturer and communicating what you wanted? Also for the boxes and packaging, how did you find those people to complete your orders? That’s the part of a business I have never know how to do and I would really love to know the process there.

Nick I have a question. So I know you say the guy on the outside shoulder of the leader controls the race. But since this puts me in the outside of lane 1 I have to run longer. I know this works good for an 800 or 1600 but is 3200 too long for this strategy because you have to run longer?
I’m pretty sure it’s either 4 or 8 meters per lap you add on being in lane 2. In the 3200 it’s definitely a significant amount. Sit on the rail in 2nd or even 3rd until you see an opening within the last few laps. If someone makes a move though, make sure you aren’t too boxed to go with.
Excellent video. Been following your career - and your generosity for a while. The idea is a great one. I would say that if you did an EBIDTA you may be worth 3X that figure today. Post this next year. Planning on selling the company once you get to an agreed upon figure??

Hey Nick, in an 800 race, is it better to run on the inside rail, or be on the leaders shoulder in lane 2? What I am asking is how long are you making your race if you run in lane 2?
It’s really not to big of a difference, and the worst spot to be in a race is on the rail, especially if you’re boxed. My coach always tells this story of our best 800 runner at state. The race was packed for so long that he ran all the way in lane 3 until 200 left, and he still won and ran 1:52.

How have you managed to underdose the product on caffeine. Loads of energy drinks have loads of other ingredients with tiny doeses just so they can put it on the label but they at least put enough caffeine in. Nearly all caffeine and sport related research is based on 3 to 6mg per kg of body weight, so unless you weigh 30kg this isn't enough caffeine to be properly beneficial, unless you having multiple packs.

For a longer race, you really don’t need to worry about this until 300-200m left
For longer races you can sit behind and then pull up on the leaders shoulder once the finish line gets closer.
