KevMac what I like about your work is:
Your interviews seem more like an intimate conversation between two individuals.
You allow your guest to TALK without constant interruptions.
You ask relevant questions. Nothing worse than asking irrelevant or silly questions. Especially, with your guest who’ve been through hell and back. Feels disrespectful.
Keep up the amazing work.👌🏾💯
Thank you sweetheart I appreciate the comment.
@@KevMacVideos kev can you make a interview on big puddin piru founder?
The Raymonds give some of the best interviews. From Crayzo to Nugget to Sparks. 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Facts Facts pound for pound on some g shit Collectively the Raymonds interviews have been more historical, informational or should I say detailed or something like that I can't find the words to use but more than the 60s interviews collectively. Ironically none of the Raymond interviews make my top5 all time but I got 2 60's interviews making my top5🤷🏿♂️ of course you have the Legendary Too Pretty Kenny number one, then a close close super close second is mumpy and 3 of course was monster Kody 4and5 get tricky only two can fit and it's been a good 6 that if I said just two it would disrespect the others one I hold close to heart I you got rebo rockhead mizz Keith stone Jackamoe frog the crips where deebo was based off of shit crayzo legendary fight story I mean I even liked bad news story alot okay okay look after further deliberation I gotta go with the first big mizz and Caesar from Inglewood is my top5!!!!!!!Pow right in the kisser....

37 years in prison is so messed up! I'm not here to defend what he done but it just saddens me that most of his life was spent and wasted in pen! May he live a long fruitful life with an abundance of fortune, health and blessings.

Dad from Louisiana, moms from Texas and Step dad is From Alabama. Southwest connection strong.
First time I've ever heard Alabama referred to as the Southwest
South to the West bc nun pf those states are Southwest not even Texas, that’s South Central of America tho 😂
That's why I said South West connection
I want to put something out there which may provide a point of reference for this Brother’s testimony concerning his return home to find his community’s demographics completely transformed: ten years ago I was telling my classes that the three states with the largest black populations was California, Texas and New York with California holding a clear lead. I checked a couple of weeks back and Texas now has the largest black population in the country. I have kinfolk in LA (Altadena, Pasadena and Watts) and the Bay and their roots are here in Texas and Louisiana. Several left here in the 40s to work at Lockheed and other factories related to war production. That move enabled them to buy a home they couldn’t get here. Half of them are back home here in Houston and San Antone; those who owned homes there could sell their home there and buy twice the home here with some cash left over to put in the bank. The great migration changed all of our families’ lives forever and none of our folks that left here for CA had any idea as to how the move would later impact their children’s lives. We all paid a price-some more than others-but should salute those proud men and women seeking a place to rest their heads and raise their children. Someday, when the dust settles we will look back and be able to identify all of those forces that were at work out there in LA that produced what our families in CA experienced first hand. Kev Mac’s work will be key to that study. Salute to the Big Brother from Raymond-he strikes me as a natural born leader with a strong sense of the value of integrity.
Are you saying California had a bigger population of Black Americans than Mississippi?
@@LOU1982 By size, that is raw comparison of numbers as opposed to proportion. Mississippi may be 40% or better black but the total population of the state may be smaller when compared to another state like Texas in which the proportion of black people in the state is only 12% but of a much larger total population.
@@dextergilford1498 good that u clearly that u..I was thinking the same thing ...
@@dextergilford1498 Georgia and Florida has more black in the state than California. North Carolina is slightly lower than California and probably will have more blk people in the state within the next 30 years
@@LOU1982Yea California has 2.5+ million black Americans, Texas has 4 million, Mississippi has 1.1 million black people. Plus we’ll never know true Black Americans numbers in the state simply bc a lot of blacks especially in poverty stricken inner city areas don’t take, ignore, or don’t have any idea about census counts.
I love hearing these OG's put it down like this. Much love KM.

Have to say this, Drugs and the violence between the brothers caused so many of our people to move out of what we called Los Angeles. South Central, Watts, Compton, and Inglewood all had a major flip around the early 2000s.

Aye um, I would venture to say that; black people gentrified themselves from their communities, in most cases. Same shiit happened in the San Fernando Valley. When I was a kid, 95% black, everybody was tied by blood or close to it. Drugs and gang activity tore that apart. As well as govt ism skisms...
Snoop dogg did right by putting our us black folks up there on the super bowl I just dislike how he use low riders when we all know that low riders are for the eses they created that so it makes us look like followers
But it’s a Los Angeles culture now and it’s one of the only things that brings peace and unity amongst each other in a real way - I’m Mexican and me and my brother always talking about how the brothers always out there with clean ass shit clowning it doesn’t matter who started wat as long as it brings peace and unity respect and blessings
@@you7219 Armenians and Japanese too.
Blacks and Mexicans both started low riding around the same time honestly. In the 60s they had cars hopping
@@nosorio4735 Arminian’s not so much only in van nuys besides that not really !! And Japanese yes they do it even in their country
That’s right it will always be Mexico right here and if you don’t believe that go ask yo g homies
Gentrification is a positive. Keep the Blacks and Hispanics around and you see the results.
Yeah the government will do anything to fucc up the neighborhold
