@@BreakIntoCRE Not a just a potential topic, a full-fledged advanced level REIT course is needed, just like other courses of Break into CRE. If you can cover the market outside the USA that would be the icing on the cake.

I’m a residential agent who is slowly transitioning more in to commercial. I specifically focus on retail and long term leases . Initially there was a stigma so I even changed the appearance of my biz card . Any advice for a residential agent ? I’ve don’t about 7 leases this year so far and 1 purchase at the moment .

OMG, i just passed a first round of a job interview as an associat asset manager. They want me to do a 1 hour Excel modeling next week. I am sooo bad at Excel, Any ideas of how long this course will take? I am soo shit scared!

Are you familiar with the REFM and REFAI certifications? If so what’s your opinion? It seems advantageous to take a class designed by Dr. Linneman
