you might like the new card "highway robbery" for these bombardment decks. its a draw 2/discard type spell, but it allows you to plot it. so you can plot it and cast it next turn to trigger the bombardment while keeping your mana open to cast an instant on opponents turn. on top of all that though it's discard OR sac a land to draw. so you don't have to decide several turns ahead if you should keep your lands in hand to discard later. you can just play your lands out without thinking and then sac them later

The best addition to bombardment decks is the bandit hoard artifact imo, gives loads of card draw late game and ramp early.

Sweet, Slick Sequence has also been my first deck of this set.
The other big bombardment card of this set is Make Your Own Luck, it's just so good.
I've got my eye on that one :)

Brimstone Roundup triggers every time bomba does, and can be plotted to come out the same turn as bomba. I'm working on an izzet control deck using nearly all instants, Roundup and bomba
always nice to see your plays thanks for diving into it early. Congratulating him on landing an Up-the-Beanstalk while harassing with good spells piled up lol

Is there a real deck with Step Between Worlds? Might be funny to sit a Heliod, the Warped Eclipse there and ask them if they want to draw 7 at instant speed on their end step.

How funny i played a izzit bombardment player yesterday as my dimir mill control deck. Was good game but he eventually lost to my otawara his bombardment into his hand main phase while he had exactly 6 mana left knowing he would play it again... right into my counter spell :) (and then coverup to remove all copies which i held onto in anticipation for it)
He scooped as soon as i countered it bc he knew what was coming as i had removed all of his burn down the house already with said cover up spell

@MBacons have you looked at insatiable avarice yet? Im considering slotting it into my dmir mill and my domain control/mill. 3 mana draw 3 and or search your deck for your sweeper vs aggro etc really flexible and strong

Oh, I asked myself if Spree works with AB.
It does but you still have to pay like with kicker spells. Not ideal but at least we've got options
