It wasn't the best way to go about it. But people sometimes go to a wood group to get clean from dr*gs and other stuff. Tge parents sent her there in stead of a proper rehab center. It wasn't tight because the woos groups arent the best to deal with stuff like that
I have misophonia (hatred of sound) and my mom always says it’s so hard for her to try not to chew loud or sniffle a lot while I’m over here hearing it every single time she does one of my triggers and wanting to plug my ears and cry and my brother finally convincing my mom that I have it while my mom still tries to deny I’m messed up in anyway possible. They finally let me go to therapy for it and I know both my mom and dad are trying so hard and I hope my mom figures out soon enough that I’m not trying to shame her for how she eats or sniffles or anything like that. It’s not anyone’s fault it’s just what I happened to have and i can’t always control my immediate reactions to my triggers and I’m so sorry.
My own sister would body shame me becuase she thought I was fat and her only execute was because she was an “empath” and another girl was body shaming her so she would bony shame me to feel better about her self…. I was like 6, no one needs that, especially a 6 year old.

I used to feel like that all the time. A few months ago I sat and watched everyone hang out with each other and be used so people could hang out with their friends. I felt all alone and like no one cared and I was unwanted. But ever since I moved schools I’ve made like 3 friends! And I actually talk to someone at lunch time now :) basically what I’m trying to say is that it does get better, you will find your people. My cousin literally witnessed a car drive through a parade and blood spill everywhere from a building. Imagine how that looked from high up. She was traumatized, it was very real, and she needed therapy. Is it truly impossible to consider the idea that the severity of someone’s trauma doesn’t change the validity of it? 4:14 for many years I've been the "happy friend", or the one that gives advice and is there for everyone. I have PNES. And I have been recently having them at school. People now are realizing what neglecting for so long can do to a child. How many nights I have cried is starting to show, and my mask of happiness is crumbling. And only then do they notice. This world is fucked up.
When your the “short one” in the friend group, constantly chasing after everyone (I have tall friends) being the punching bag of the friend group, laughing and playing it off as a joke when really it makes me insecure sometimes (sometimes it’s fine, but every once and awhile they go to far) always having to be happy because whenever I’m upset they just tease me because they think I’m joking. When my dad apologizes to my sister about how she shouldn’t be growing up so fast but when I was 9 I was told I was an adult and I should start acting like one. I was the example, I had to do everything right, I can’t have friends, I have to care for my sisters all of the time, I have to deal with my moms shit, I have to deal with being in AP classes, I have to care for everyone else I help others with their probably I can’t even think for myself. Every time I do one thing for myself I’m called “selfish”, “a brat”, “do something more productive”, you’re lazy”, “you’re a disgrace”. Whatever I do no matter how much I care for others I rarely get time alone. Im the one having to deal with my little sisters complaining and my other sister not being able to talk. I HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THEIR SHIT, HALF OF THE TIME COOKING DINNERS FOR THEM. And what do I get if I want to do one thing for myself? I get called a brat I get told I should watch out for my little sisters, I YELL AT MY SISTER ONCE BECAUSE SHE WAS PUSHING MY NERVES I GET IN TROUBLE. Every time something bad happens it’s always “Kat what did you do this time?” I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR MY OWN GOD DAMN INNOCENCE AND HALF THE TIME I JUST GET YELLED AT. All I want someone to say to me is “You’re enough, you’re loved, you’re cared for,” something along those lines so I feel like I have a purpose in this world not empty promises. Edit: I’m not any better at all and I in an even worse mental state. My dad saying on how it’s rare I’m being polite to him, I don’t really know how I’m treating people my minds on auto pilot and I can’t get out. My moms sending me emails showing no remorse for all the abuse she’s done to me for all these years and I told my dad sometimes I don’t feel appreciated and he said “have you heard of the 80% and 20%?” Basically it’s when you think you’ve been giving 80% and the other is giving 20% but you’re doing equal for each other. I fucking hate that saying. I don’t like being alone but sometimes others presence is to much for me. I someone would give me a hug that’s all I want. I want to feel appreciated. I’ve flunked my last math test and schools to stressful for me. I get told I look nice once a week at best. My friends say I’m the most sane out of all of them. I was in a small friend group and there was a girl who liked this boy. I guess she couldn't date him because her family was racist or smth. She would wait for him at the door when his class was walking back to their classroom just to say hi to him (this was when we had inside recess) and sometimes I would wait with her to say hi to my other friends. Anyway, one of the recess aids came and asked what we were doing and I told her that the other girl was waiting for a boy. What I didn't know was that that was her aunt and I hadnt known that they weren't supposed to be together or whatever. The girl kicked me in my shin and the rest of the kids didn't really like me after that when it wasn't even my fault because they never told me anything 🙃

My cousin literally witnessed a car drive through a parade and blood spill everywhere from a building. Imagine how that looked from high up. She was traumatized, it was very real, and she needed therapy. Is it truly impossible to consider the idea that the severity of someone’s trauma doesn’t change the validity of it? I get where ur coming from, but ppl like this make me SO mad.

When my dad apologizes to my sister about how she shouldn’t be growing up so fast but when I was 9 I was told I was an adult and I should start acting like one. I was the example, I had to do everything right, I can’t have friends, I have to care for my sisters all of the time, I have to deal with my moms shit, I have to deal with being in AP classes, I have to care for everyone else I help others with their probably I can’t even think for myself. Every time I do one thing for myself I’m called “selfish”, “a brat”, “do something more productive”, you’re lazy”, “you’re a disgrace”. Whatever I do no matter how much I care for others I rarely get time alone. Im the one having to deal with my little sisters complaining and my other sister not being able to talk. I HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THEIR SHIT, HALF OF THE TIME COOKING DINNERS FOR THEM. And what do I get if I want to do one thing for myself? I get called a brat I get told I should watch out for my little sisters, I YELL AT MY SISTER ONCE BECAUSE SHE WAS PUSHING MY NERVES I GET IN TROUBLE. Every time something bad happens it’s always “Kat what did you do this time?” I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR MY OWN GOD DAMN INNOCENCE AND HALF THE TIME I JUST GET YELLED AT. All I want someone to say to me is “You’re enough, you’re loved, you’re cared for,” something along those lines so I feel like I have a purpose in this world not empty promises.
Edit: I’m not any better at all and I in an even worse mental state. My dad saying on how it’s rare I’m being polite to him, I don’t really know how I’m treating people my minds on auto pilot and I can’t get out. My moms sending me emails showing no remorse for all the abuse she’s done to me for all these years and I told my dad sometimes I don’t feel appreciated and he said “have you heard of the 80% and 20%?” Basically it’s when you think you’ve been giving 80% and the other is giving 20% but you’re doing equal for each other. I fucking hate that saying. I don’t like being alone but sometimes others presence is to much for me. I someone would give me a hug that’s all I want. I want to feel appreciated. I’ve flunked my last math test and schools to stressful for me. She would wait for him at the door when his class was walking back to their classroom just to say hi to him (this was when we had inside recess) and sometimes I would wait with her to say hi to my other friends. Anyway, one of the recess aids came and asked what we were doing and I told her that the other girl was waiting for a boy. What I didn't know was that that was her aunt and I hadnt known that they weren't supposed to be together or whatever. The girl kicked me in my shin and the rest of the kids didn't really like me after that when it wasn't even my fault because they never told me anything 🙃

I have once been body shamed from my aunt.
