Philips TV, 49PUS7909 model. After 2 weeks of work no longer included, reboot loops. TV can not get started. Perfect quality from branded manufacturer.
I had the same problem with Phillips android tv. The technician said the main board faulty. it's only been 1 year. cost 160 dollars. won't buy Phillips product again.
Решение найдено, господа!) Выключаем из разетки, потом держим джостик на телевизоре вниз и не отпуская джостика втыкаем в разетку, ждем.... ждем... и запускается что-то похожее на BIOS. А там выбираем сброс (предпоследняя строчка), потом строчку со словом"yes", ждем окончания сброса и через это же меню перезагружаем, радуемся)
I had almost the same problem - not so intense though, it just restarted sometimes every 15-20 minutes - with a 47pfh6309/88. Yesterday after having tried almost everything I could think (disconnecting every device, factory resetting, flashing with older firmware, etc.) I tried disabling ambilight. Till now, it seems like restarts have stopped. Try this before you contact a repair center. edit: Eventually ambilight was not the problem. It kept rebooting even with ambilight set to off after some hours. Problem solved when I disabled wifi and connected the TV through an ethernet cable. I don't know why exactly but as some other reports that I've found connection to some AP's can cause similar problem.
I have almost the same problem (while I’m watching on streaming apps the TV suddenly restarts itself) and I found on Google that : “An app that uses a lot of memory of the TV for buffering (video streaming apps) can cause the TV to reboot or freeze. Ensure a steady, high quality network connection for the use of these apps.” And I didn’t want to change the internet provider to fix the issue, but now tomorrow I will install the internet cable and I will come with the update. Проработав 2 недели, перестал включаться. Т.е. при включении в розетку не проходит начальную стадию загрузки, зацикливается в ребут. Скачков напряжения не было, изменений по подключенным интерфейсам за эти 2 недели тоже не было. Сборка российская, раньше хотя бы от 42 дюймов шла венгерская. Досадный прецедент, учитывая, что безоговорочно отдавал предпочтение телекам фирмы Philips, и это 4-й телек фирмы в личном опыте.
I think this is the problem with all of them philips. Mine too, if i dont have the wi fi connected the tv works fine. So long i connect the wi fi it seems after some while its restarts itself.

Кажется мне, что у Вам просто неудачный аппарат попался. Мой работает без ошибок,тьфу-тьфу. Была в начале проблемка с Хромом - он просто не открывался, но проблема быстро решилась - После ночного простоя без питания, при следующем включении ТВ нашел обновления, установил их и после этого все стало на свои места. Наличие полноценного браузера - очень полезная штука! Отмечу следующее: 1) Быстрый, на практике тормозов не заметил, только при загрузке 2) Андроидовские игрухи не тормозят 3) Можно переместить приложения на внешний диск 4) При некоторых манипуляциях можно разблокировать "unknown sources" и устанавливать любые приложения, правда качать их не из маркета 5) xbmc стал и запустился
Да, возможно. Потому что после замены по гарантии на аналогичный, он работает без нареканий с конца января. В целом девайс неплохой, со своими минусами, но и не без достоинств. Из недостатков хотелось бы отметить: 1. Плавность (digital narutal motion) не работает в режиме 3D 2. Нет настроек глубины 2D-3D 3. Малый угол обзора 3D, чуть ниже или выше середины - полэкрана двоится 4. Опция ClearLCD, повышающая отклик матрицы, всегда неактивна 5. ТВ в 90% случаев не может открыть все файлы "каталог медиаресурсов" через DLNA по проводной сети 6. Аналогично не всегда открывается список всех файлов с USB 7. Вся андроидная часть работает в FullHD а не в 4k, т.е. все программы нечёткие, включая галереи изображений, браузер и прочее 8. Не играются 4k файлы (но это мелким шрифтом указано в документации) 9. Очень некачественный алгоритм уменьшения фотографий до 4k (nearest neighbor), фотки с зеркалки портит 10. В режиме слайдшоу по красной кнопке все фотографии сжимаются до FullHD а не 4k 11. Иногда вертикальные фотографии непропорционально растягиваются на весь экран 12. При просмотре фотографий с середины списка невозможно пролистать предыдущие фотографии, выкидывает в список файлов 13. Не передаётся 5.1 звук по HDMI Arc при DLNA/USB просмотре, несмотря на включенную настройку "выводить звук в многоканале" 14. Не всегда срабатывает HDMI Arc, приходится перезагружать ресивер и ТВ 15. Нет детектирования чёрных полей в ТВ режиме (автоформат) и алгоритма нелинейного растяжения 4:3->16:9, которое было во всех тв за последние 8 лет, в том числе и в моих 2-х предыдущих Philips 16. По DLNA/USB нет информации о видеофайле (о разрешении видео, о звуке, каналах) 18. Матрица 60Hz, на более дорогих моделях 4k матрица 120Hz
Слушайте! Прошу прощения. А откуда у Вас информация по поводу матрицы с частотой 60Hz? Или это личным ощущениям? Тут же вроде как самсунговская VA-120hz, модель то серии 7-й. По идее должно быть 100 герц.

Kardeş donanımhberdeki başlığını okudum aşağı tuşa basarak girdiğin ekrana ben giremiyorum işte başka sitelerde de önerilmişti bu. Bi kere tv şans eseri açıldı sonra gene kapandı yine aynı şey 5 dk sonra. Senin şu tamirci arkadaşına ben de bi götürmek isterim hem o da ekmek kazansın. Adresi verirsen... Teşekkürler. Np! :) My own screen died though, it worked for allmost a year but finally went coocoo, so i purchased another. Still an easy way of using the screen while saving up to another.
CityBorispol Зависания бывают, глюки тоже, все же Андроид старый со всеми вытекающими. Для 3д не лучший вариант, глубина небольшая и задние планы двоятся. В сравнении с Самсунгом на кухне, который дешевле в 2 раза и с активным 3д. Там картинка действительно объёмная, с хорошей глубиной и большими углами просмотра. Более подробно о недостатках ниже в комментах.

To make a tutorial would require, taking apart my tv once more, risking to drop it or something else, its kinda heavy as you might know :) But sure, i can try walk you through it. what kinda messenger do you have?
Как не печально, но Philips продал свое направление по телекам китайской TPV в 2013 году. Аудио и видео - японскому Фунай. Т.е. у Philips только медицинское оборудование и свет. У вышеобозначенных полные права от разработки до производства, шильдик Philips по франшизе. Хотя телек не плох, функционал Андроида и шикарная палитра Philips как и раньше. Но профанаций и развода маркетологов тоже немало, в том числе 4к и функционал Андроида именно для этого девайса.
koshff2 но, не могу сказать, что картинка гавно. Она все так же превосходна, все те же естественные цвета, эмбилайт и отсутствие засветки. На мой взгляд надо подождать пару лет, 2-3 поколения и они догонят конкурентов по функциональности и юзабилити ПО.

try removing small wifi board from main board if this works for you change or repair you wifi board

Вот и мой 65PUS9109/12 через 1 год и 11 месяцев 13.02.17 перешёл в этот режим старт-перезагрузка. Печалька. Кто знает как лечить буду благодарен.

Для 3д не лучший вариант, глубина небольшая и задние планы двоятся. В сравнении с Самсунгом на кухне, который дешевле в 2 раза и с активным 3д. Там картинка действительно объёмная, с хорошей глубиной и большими углами просмотра.

When you remove the backside of the TV, you will find a PCB/board with the powersupply and a PCB with the CPU.remember to remove the interface cable for the ambilight, you gain access to it by removing the shield around the joystik at the down right corner of the backside of the screen
remove the board with the CPU, remember to remove interface cables so you can turn the board around and look at the backside.
When you look at the backside, you will find 3 massive thermalpads.
Thermalpads are made by silicone, among others, those pads, might be "sweathing", during long periods of heeattransfer, so take a piece of toiletpaper, and gently remove the sweath from the pad and the board.
Dry the board with a hairdryer after you remove the moist on it and assemble the tv. dont forget the ambilight :)

Как не печально, но Philips продал свое направление по телекам китайской TPV в 2013 году. Аудио и видео - японскому Фунай. Т.е. у Philips только медицинское оборудование и свет.
У вышеобозначенных полные права от разработки до производства, шильдик Philips по франшизе.
Хотя телек не плох, функционал Андроида и шикарная палитра Philips как и раньше. Но профанаций и развода маркетологов тоже немало, в том числе 4к и функционал Андроида именно для этого девайса.
От сюда вывод - Телики Филипс больше не покупать!
koshff2 но, не могу сказать, что картинка гавно. Она все так же превосходна, все те же естественные цвета, эмбилайт и отсутствие засветки.
На мой взгляд надо подождать пару лет, 2-3 поколения и они догонят конкурентов по функциональности и юзабилити ПО.
