- A great ski ride with Arkouda Ski Team in Borovets, from 2483m to 1370m and a total route length of 8.6km. Awesome medium difficulty route that starts from the alpine landscape at the foot of Musala and crosses three different slopes (Suhar-Markudjik 1-Musala Pathway) through a beautiful fir forest and ends at the base of the Ski Resort.

Was there a week ago and this path was closed but can still ski down it, snow was nowhere near as good as in this video!

Nice video, how did you manage to put the map and speed in the video? Does your camera already have it?
We take data directly from the GoPro and we use GoPro Quick desktop edition to display it on the video.
A lot of it is very cruisy. I think it looks great for beginners on a budget but not great for anything else.
Exactly, the musala pathway is great for beginners. For the rest is a beautiful relaxing route and ideal way to finish your day on the way to the ski resort base.

Sorry but I do not know what snow conditions prevailing these days. The video was filmed late January.
Its just a narrow road in the forest.... but what do we expect. all the people you passed don't have a clue how to ski.

Hey, I also have GoPro Hero 5 but so far, the app hasn't let me upload to youtube with 60 fps. Any tips? I got the Quik app to enable the gauges.
Are you using the desktop app, Android or iPhone?
@@ARKOUDASKITEAM Desktop. After I double click on a video from the media tab I can enable the gauges and share the video on CZcams. I uploaded one raw, which was 60fps and the other one that got uploaded through Quik is normal 1080
Try to export the file first to your PC and then upload it to CZcams using the CZcams page. Not directly from the quick app.
@@ARKOUDASKITEAM Yeah normal exporting uploaded it with 60 fps but the one directly from the Quik app didn't. I guess I'll fiddle around more to figure out how to enable gauges on the final version. Thank you so much for the quick replies! 2 days ago it was my first skiing downhill and it went pretty well (Sitnyakovo lift 1780m). I hope with time I'll be able to ski just as good as you!

Why don’t you see many snowboarders?
Generally snowboarders are less then skier's in Borovets. Also I think the don't prefer this route to return to the resort base.
