- Welcome to #tamarindo, Costa Rica, a captivating coastal paradise nestled in the heart of Central America. Join us as we experience thrilling adventures at Diamante Eco Adventure Park where we experienced the rush of the "Superman" zip-line - over a minute of flying over the tropical dry forest. After that we checked out the animal sanctuary and got up close and personal with Costa Rica's diverse wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, and exotic birds. We ended the day with a dip in the ocean at Diamante's private beach.
Then we enjoyed private catamaran journey with Dream Chaser Catamaran. We also offer hand-picked local restaurant recommendations that showcase what Tamarindo has to offer including Pico Bistro, The Red Door, and Walter's Fish and Cheeses.

I love The Red Door for drinks and good seafood. It’s equally as good as Pangas, but the service and being less crowded makes it one of my favorite seafood restaurants

Now, the question ... is it worth the 118$?
Hard to say, for just me - probably not. But our kids really wanted to do the superman zipline so it was worth it for us in that respect. In the grand scheme of things - I don't think it was the best "eco park." We did spend the whole day there and had plenty to do though. And lunch was pretty good.
Perfect for gringos that are not comfortable out of their comfort zone. Watch your wallets. I was extorted by a nail salon owner there.
