Beautiful house, certainly one of the best at this price range in Australia.
Good thing about houses in west Melbourne like this is that they are brand new. In east, not only houses are ridiculously more expensive, but they are all very old now. So you spend another 150k to renovate it on top of expensive buying price. If you can work from home, clearly west is a better option as you can enjoy such beautiful homes

House is superb ,but why there is no balconies in it ,and why the house is Australia, Canada or US houses have no roof ?
No, these guys just chose not to have a balcony i guess. But some homes is Australia do have balconies. And why we have angled roofs is because of effective drainage. With the angled roofs its easier to control the rain water flow. As for Canada, the angles roofs have another benifit being that the snow doesnt pile up like it would on flat roofs
