    i can see making a bunch of the tuna candles in advance and taking them on camping trips :D nice little emergency cooker if the wood is too wet to burn.

    Some great ideas, but how much blood was edited out?
    The candle: your stand offs (the pop rivets are a great idea)need to be longer, when heating with a candle the pot should be high enough so that it doesnt effect the flame shape, candles will burn with far less soot and with more heat when the flame can form it's natural shape; also you may have too many wicks for that size can, if the wax gets too hot the gases emitted from the wax can ignite causing a flare-up and a much greater fire hazzard. Thanks for sharing.

    Without something holding those wicks to the bottom, they will eventually fall into the mix making the whole thing catch fire.

    Why wouldn't you just use the stove that you used to make the candle/stove to cook the egg?!?!

    • @mysilentprayersalways1913
      @mysilentprayersalways1913 Před 5 lety +3

      The candle is for Camping or if you have an Electric Stove and the power goes out you have a way to cook and make coffee/hot tea and stay warm in the cold.

    Do you realize in the first segment where you melted the candles to remove the wicks really all you had to do was cut the candle to the height of the can & stand them upright in the can right? You would have gotten the same effect much easier, less waisted effort ,& waisted energy? But you knew that right?

    • @Justth1nk41nce
      @Justth1nk41nce Před 4 lety +1

      There would have been a lot less wax

    • @richardelliott9511
      @richardelliott9511 Před 3 lety

      That's a great twist on the mini stove idea but you would have to do a bit more carving on your candle pieces to expose enough wick to make it work. It also would be kind of a loose fit in the can and may not travel well. And for an urgent, right now kind of thing.👍
